In response to the Unknown threat, the police unleashed their newest weapon, the G3 powersuit primarily used by Makoto Hikawa. More mysteries unfold with the appearance of Ryo Ashihara, who transforms into a pre-Agito known as Gills. He seeks the truth about his father's suicide. These mysteries and others collide, as the true nature of Agito would ultimately determine the fate of humanity.

Jenny, along with her two friends Akira and Nadeshiko, are recruited by a powerful man named Mr. Crown to become a trio of superheroines. Together, the "Sweets Angels" fight against the evil Sister B and her partners the Bears to save the Earth's fashion and sweets.

In pursuit of this, they develop three suits of power armor, called Rider Gears (each for Faiz, Kaixa, and Delta), to find and protect the Orphnoch King, who can fix a defect within Orphnoch DNA which causes their genetic structure to break down, leading to death."

In 1971, a scientific expedition in Latin America had uncovered an ancient artifact containing the remains of the demon Giff, leading to the creation of the Vistamps. In the present day, the remains of Giff now lie in the hands of a demon cult called the Deadmans, who seek to resurrect him by converting peoples' inner demons into their fold. Fenix, a governmental organization opposing the Deadmans, have developed the Revice Driver for someone with complete control over their inner demon. Ikki Igarashi, a young man who runs a public bath with his family, comes into acquisition of the belt while forming a contract with his inner demon Vice. Together, as Kamen Rider Revi and Vice, they are Kamen Rider Revice!

Hayate's father is later murdered by the Blood Wheel Clan when they discover his betrayal, but Hayate himself escapes and teams up with the Iga Clan to fight and keep the Blood Wheel Clan from taking over Japan.
