Forced to temporarily reside in the Lin family's old mansion in the suburbs, Lin Chu was surprised to find mysterious voices emanating from a bonsai tree in the courtyard. He unexpectedly entered the bonsai and discovered a sacred mountain and an immortal—Xuanqing Patriarch—sealed within. Xuanqing Patriarch realized Lin Chu possessed the ability to break the seal and decided to take him as a disciple, teaching him cultivation methods so he can break the seal. At the same time, to repay Lin Chu, Xuanqing Patriarch also agreed to teach him some skills to help him investigate the truth behind his parents' disappearance. Lin Chu agreed to Xuanqing Patriarch's request and thus embarked on the path of cultivation!

Get Ed is an American-Canadian computer-animated television series which debuted in 2005 that aired as a part of the Jetix programming block on the United States cable television network Toon Disney until the channel closed in 2009, and also used to run on the ABC Family channel before they switched over to a non-animated format. Sprookjesboom, also known as "The Fairy Tale Tree" and "Märchenbaum" is a computer-animated series for children from The Efteling. The show is produced by the animation studio Motek Entertainment in Amsterdam, based on a concept from Efteling's director, Olaf Vugts. The television program is broadcast daily in several international markets including the Netherlands on TROS and z@ppelin, in Belgium on Ketnet, and in Germany on NRW. Sprookjesboom is similar in theme to Dreamworks' Shrek. It tells the story of the characters that live in the Sprookjesbos, or Fairy Tale Forest, including Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, and Tom Thumb. Behind every 5-minute episode is a subtle moral message. Episodes are in Dutch, with some having been translated to German and English. The character animation is based on motion capture performance. A feature length film titled Sprookjesboom, de Film was released in 2012 and was awarded the 100th Dutch Gouden Film. The film was based on the characters and stories from the series.

Dirtgirlworld, stylized as dirtgirlworld, was a Canadian and Australian children's television series created by Cate McQuillen and Hewey Eustace of Mememe Productions. The series uses 3D CGI animation combined with photomontage. The main characters are Dirtgirl and Scrapboy, as well as their friends Ken, Grubby, and Hayman.

Episodes are set in the zoo, at the farm, or on the beach and most often tie their discovery of an animal characteristic into their own adventures.
