As a TV crew films the OB-GYN department, Yi-young's superior torments her. Meanwhile, an intern takes advantage of Jae-il and Sa-bi undermines a senior.
Nam-kyung and Yi-young find themselves in the middle of two competitive professors. Sa-bi endures an abusive superior but finds solace in a kinder boss.
While trying to keep her relationship with Do-won secret from the hospital, Yi-young gets hands-on OB-GYN experience with a demanding professor.
