A recently widowed father, quits his job as a popular 800 word columnist for a top selling Sydney newspaper. Over the internet he buys a house on an impulse in a remote New Zealand seaside town. He then has to break the news to his two teenage kids who just lost their mum, and now face an even more uncertain future. But the colourful and inquisitive locals ensure his dream of a fresh start does not go to plan.

Jeremy, 33, is a lonely Parisian. He's never felt like he belonged anywhere. One night, he discovers The Wonderland, a club with live music run by a charismatic manager called Tony. Jeremy starts bartending there, where dozens of photos cover the wall, telling the story of the club. One of them catch Jeremy's attention: the one of a woman on a beach, taken in Biarritz in 1960. After one night in the club, Jeremy finds himself in Biarritz, in the 1960s!

This all-access, behind-the-scenes documentary follows four top surfers, Julian Wilson, Lakey Peterson, Jordy Smith and Carissa Moore, as they take on the 2018 World Surf League Championship Tour.

The story follows fisherman Ed Collier, who is highly protective over his family, which includes wife Claire and daughter Abbie. However, when a rich young man by the name of Ryan Wilson starts to take an interest in his daughter, Ed feels her becoming increasingly distant and fears he may lose her for good.

Career-soldier Wilhelm, his pacifist younger brother Friedhelm, and their friends Charlotte, Viktor and Greta say farewell in the summer of 1941 in Berlin, with the promise to meet again after the war.
