Philip arrives in Bulgaria with his wife Martha authorized by his mother to sell her late brother's winery. Very soon the vineyards, the people and the oenologist - Elina, fascinate him and he changes his family's plans.
Philip doesn't rush the selling of the winery. The police investigates the theft of the expensive equipment. There are discussions in the city council concerning the municipal land for vineyards. Andrey neglects his wife Tzveta. Martha has a conversation with Andrey and she finds that Elina is his daughter. Philip talks on the phone with his mother Zoya discussing the future of the winery.
Martha tries to discourage Philip to save the winery. Andrey sabotages Philip's wine deliveries. Philip and Martha are learning about Philip's family history. Elina finds out about her father's secret apartment. Andrey receives a call from Titov's representative. Philip finds an unpleasant surprise inside one of the winery's vehicles.
Philip has problems with the police. In the arrest he meets an interesting person. Tzveta has gone missing. Elina investigates her father's secret life. The weather is threatening the vineyards.
Elina is offended by her father's strategies. Philip reaches an impasse, but encouraged by his friend Nasko, he meets with Harizanov. Andrey finds Tzveta in a monastery. Elina finds about the mistress of his father.
Philip is about to make a deal with Boris Harizanov. Andrey Bonchev is trying to smooth his relationship with Tzveta. Plamen Harizanov interferes with the deal for the winery.
Philip might loose the most valuable vines. He and Elina are determined to put the winery back on track. Tzveta slowly emancipates. Andrey has a surprising visit in his home.
Andrey urgently needs to collect and return the money given to him by the investor Titov, but Tsveta complicates his plans. Elina organizes a winetasting. Andrey receives a serious threat in front of his home.
Tsveta insists on learning the truth about Andrey's problems. Elina enjoys a flattering review of the winetasting and unwittingly flirts with Philip. Andrey takes criminal actions in an attempt to find the money owed to Titov.
Philip is shocked by his mother's sudden arrival. Harizanov realizes that his beloved mare is missing, and Andrey still has hope that his plan will work. Philip and Elina's relationship progresses.
Andrey realizes that his plan to find money has failed, but Tsveta has a proposal. Titov assigns a new task for Andrei. Elina, Nasko and Philip participate in the Balkan Championship, but during this time something happens in the winery.
Elina avoids meetings with Philip. Zoya can no longer hide a long-kept secret and decides to make a confession to her son and to grandfather Stanko. She makes a deal with Elina. Andrei is devastated and decides to save his family, not knowing what price he will have to pay.
