When all attempts at securing a loan for her son’s treatment fail, Sarah seeks out Mr. Ibrahim, the grandfather that disavowed his son and his grandson.
After losing all hope, Sarah realizes that making sacrifices is the only way to save her son. An altercation erupts between Nadia and Mr. Ibrahim.
Zein’s behaviour towards Sarah begins to change, prompting her to consider resigning. Nadia decides to take action without Mr. Ibrahim’s consent.
Sarah’s unconditional love for Ibrahim challenges Zein, prompting him to put more pressure on her at work. Nadia resorts to Sarah after leaving her house.
While Ibrahim’s health deteriorates, his grandfather offers Sarah help but realizes he was too late. Sarah accompanies Zein on a new mission in Dubai.

As they spend more time together, Zein manages to bond with Ibrahim. Karam apologizes to Tima, while Salem discovers a new secret about Layl.
Sarah and Zein's time away in the mountains irritates Mr. Ibrahim and Somaya. Jimmy takes advantage of Tima, who urges him to find a job.
Zein scolds Somaya for her behaviour. Rola opens a new chapter in her life.

Karam suffers from an unusual backache as Somaya prepares for her therapist appointment. Mr. Ibrahim confronts Zein with an unpleasant plan.
