Tuwhare has returned to Kauri Bay and old rivalries with brother Kingi are inflamed. Felton schemes to take the wrestling game away from Kingi and Harold. Tereti opens a printing press and meets a mysterious girl.
Felton and Tuwhare strike an uneasy alliance under the watchful eyes of Madam Raukura. Tereti and Hinepu get closer, infuriating Tuwhare. Harold and Kingi make plans to get back on top of the wrestling game.
Felton's business is in trouble and he takes desperate action, appealing to his rich wife back in England. Raukura seeks Tereti's help to promote her business but is forced to take matters into her own hands.
Harold is worried about Tuwhare taking a big cut of his profits. He teams up with Raukura to shake up the game and discovers a surprising new fighter.
Raukura's girls dazzle in the fight tent and Harold's new fighter, Alofa, makes a big impact. Harold and Kingi are finally back on top but Tuwhare still wants his cut.
Tereti publishes Kauri Bay's first newspaper. Mawera is impressed with his reporting and gifts to him knowledge of his whakapapa. Alofa makes her debut as Superfly!
Tereti's romantic misadventures continue. Felton seeks to capitalise on some new information about Harold. Raukura uses the fight game to make a surprising move to help Kingi and Harold.
Tuwhare is sick of losing out to Kingi and makes a big promise to enlist the help of a dangerous new fighter. Felton is onto Raukura but she beats him at his own game.
Kingi steps up to his rightful place and leads a war party against approaching foes. Felton's good mood is ruined by the arrival of an unwelcome guest. Tuwhare's actions reap deadly consequences.
The people of the Pa say a heartbreaking goodbye. Felton's worst nightmare has come to stay but Harold pays the price. Tereti claims his rightful place and an uneasy future sails into the bay.

Hogan Knows Best is an American reality documentary television series on VH1. The series debuted on July 10, 2005 and centered on the family life of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan. Often focusing on the Hogans' raising of their children, and on Hulk Hogan's attempts to manage and assist in his children's burgeoning careers. The title of the show is a play on the title of a show from the 1950s, Father Knows Best. After the cancellation of Hogan Knows Best in 2007, a spin-off entitled Brooke Knows Best debuted in 2008, and ran for two seasons.

Sendai Girls' Pro Wrestling was founded in 2005 by Meiko Satomura, a female professional wrestler who achieved success in the 2000s with the women's promotion GAEA Japan, and Jinsei Shinzaki, a male professional wrestler who is also the president of Michinoku Pro Wrestling. On July 9, 2006, the new promotion held its first show in front of 2,498 fans at Sendai's Sun Plaza, and has been running consistently ever since.

Miyawaki Yohei was a professional wrestler, who opened his own tofu shop after his retirement. He always tried to get his daughter Sakura interested in Pro Wrestling, but she never cared for it. Then the day came when he unexpectedly died, and Sakura inherited his dojo and tofu shop. Yasagi Eiichirou claims Sakura's father died without having paid his debt to her and the only way Sakura can repay this debt is if she wins the WIP "World Idol Pro Wrestling" championship. Together with his father's assistant, Yokoyama Yui, she opens the dojo again and trains together with her friends and girls from school.
