Tommy Baker and a group of weekend bikers calling themselves The Ice Cream Men From Hell try to become an official motorcycle club.
After getting 17 men from all walks of life and three states together to ride, the first accident occurs five minutes in and the finger pointing starts. Steve-O takes off his colours and incurs the wrath of Baker.
A group of Hells Angels walk into a bar where the Ice Cream Men From Hell are drinking; opportunity knocks when they are invited to ride along on the Florence Prison Run.
