In a bid to save her son's end-of-school camping trip, a single mom steps in as the bus driver while trying to show him she really can be a cool mom.

When Otto discovers that he has a wallet that contains information about his past, before he was dead, he begins to remember details about his ex-boyfriend, Rudolf. He arranges to meet him at the schoolyard where they met, with devastating results.

Celeste (27) waits to be seen by the doctor, while she makes a paper boat and talks to her friend on the phone. The lady next to her wants to buy it, and a lawyer tries to convince her to patent it. The girls realize that getting their parents back together is not as easy as they thought.

During a long, hot summer on the Thamesmead Estate in Southeast London, three teenagers edge towards adulthood.
