Some Day

The youngest uncle, MING LAI-KEUNG shuttles MING SUM-ON whom is the Executive Director of LUNG FOOK JEWELLERY to work in the morning. They see from far that the designer of the jewellery shop as well as their neighbor, CHENG KIU is doing her shopping… SUM invites KIU and her husband together with the assistant, KWOK WAI-LUNG out for buffet lunch. When KIU and LUNG leave the table, SUM takes the opportunity and asks the husband of KIU, MA HO-MAN to urge KIU to hand over her draft design. MAN’s car is damaged after KIU has lent it to her former schoolmate. KIU therefore forces KEUNG to send them to work as well in the morning. KEUNG knows that SUM tries to keep a distance with her subordinates. In order to stop KIU and MAN from taking the free ride, KEUNG steals away the draft design that KIU is supposed to submit from her home. While KIU is about to confess to SUM on the next morning, KEUNG wants to undertake the responsibility……

MAN decides to renovate the washroom at home. KIU proposes to get her own materials and only pays the labour to the fitting master as to save some expenses. MAN reveals to his wife that a jeweler MR LAI has invited him to work under his company. KIU thinks that it is a great opportunity for the husband to get a promotion and pay rise. Yet she also knows that MAN will not quit his job easily since he has received a great favor from SUM before. KIU purposely leaks out the head hunting news and thinks that SUM wants to see MAN as to make him stay. It turns out that YIM-YUNG wants to re-inset her ruby ring. Moreover, SUM proposes to let KIU to design the ring for YUNG on behalf of her husband… KIU finds that the ruby is missing and from the closed circuit television she finds that SUM has approached her desk. KIU affirms that SUM plays a trick to make MAN stay……

When KEUNG gets home, he is surprised to find that SUM is holding a ruby ring. In fact it is a ring given to SUM by her deceased husband. SUM mentions that both rings are stemmed from the same stone. As to claim the matter, SUM has to endure the pain and hand over her own ruby. KEUNG and MAN go back to the office at night to look for the ruby but it is in vain. KEUNG reveals the truth to MAN as he cannot bear to see that SUM is being mistaken by MAN and his wife… MAN suddenly receives a call from his wife and KIU claims that she has promised MR LAI on his behalf to accept the new job. MAN discloses the truth to his wife but KIU thinks that it is only a subterfuge SUM has used… SUM bumps into KIU and returns the assignment of equity to KIU. When KIU gets home and finds that MAN is prepared for signing the contract, she dare not reveal that she has met SUM earlier……

When SUM has a discussion with the staff about the display of a new series of jewellery, MAN is unsatisfied and asks CHUNG to give some comments to the designer. When seeing that CHUNG is being with a young lady, KIU presses MAN to tell her the romance about CHUNG. MAN has to reveal what he knows… KIU enquires NA about it and NA indicates that the ex-girlfriend of CHUNG wants to reconcile with him. At the same time, CHUNG airs his grievances to MAN that he has actually decided to be with NA and hopes that MAN can help him to make NA happy again. When KIU knows about it, she suggests CHUNG to please NA with the new series of diamond that she has designed. The end result turns out to be a failure… CHUNG has no mood to work and SUM indicates that she would use some administrative means to handle his personal problems if the situation shows no improvement. After hearing that, KEUNG assumes that SUM wants to dismiss CHUNG…

SUM has a meeting with the staff to discuss about getting the design right of the 30 carat yellow diamond from MADAM LO. Yet SUM realizes that KIU wants to leave earlier. When KIU gets the butter crabs that she has ordered, she gets help from a housewife, MARY and becomes friends with her. Everyone waits for SUM to come back for the meeting and since KIU has a date with MARY, she perfunctorily gives SUM an old design drawing in order to leave earlier. NA reports to SUM that she has found the whereabouts of MADAM LO. SUM decides to go and look for her together with KEUNG… In fact MARY is MADAM LO. When KIU hears the words of criticism that MADAM LO disparages the design of MAN, she gets mad and claims that MADAM LO knows nothing about design. Seeing that KIU has offended such important customer, YUNG vents her frustration on SUM and SUM has to swallow it all……

The mosaic master UNCLE BIU claims that the design drawing of KIU is messy and SUM can tell that UNCLE BIU has something bothering his mind. UNCLE BIU finally reveals his plan of retirement and recommends his junior fellow, KIM-HUNG to take over his position. SUM and KEUNG are invited to join the birthday celebration of YAU-WAI. At the banquet, WAI recommends his cousin to replace UNCLE BIU but SUM immediately indicates that she has already hired the junior fellow of UNCLE BIU… The junior fellow of UNCLE BIU gives up the invitation from LUNG FOOK since he has a much better offer from another company. When KIU sees the fine inlay of a brooch, she bets that it is made by an expert. When KIU tries to inquire about the maker at a cafe, she bumps into CHU BO… As to show her sincerity, SUM brings along the contract to meet BO. Yet BO claims that he must bring along his apprentice DAI-HUNG to work……

KEUNG announces to the colleagues that the expenditure application is about to close for the month. KIU immediately hands over several receipts for buying some cookery books and KEUNG reluctantly helps her to declare half of the cost. When seeing that BO applies to purchase a MP3 player, KEUNG indicates that personal items should not be declared. HUNG is not happy and condemns KEUNG for siding KIU… KEUNG deliberately picks on BO and HUNG and points out that they drink at work. SUM has to come forward to smooth things over. As the department heads, both KEUNG and BO have to go to the jewellery shop for inspection. CHUNG does not know whom to give the diamonds that the customer wants to inset and therefore he puts the diamonds on the table for them to sort it out. As the stone setting department head, BO takes the diamonds away……

BO wants HUNG to explore the faults of KEUNG and attempts to find evidence of nepotism about SUM. After overhearing the conversation between BO and TAK, KIU persuades TAK not to talk too much as to avoid giving the pretext for anyone to split the colleagues up. When KEUNG meets ALICE at the canteen, he is attracted by her and wants to date ALICE out for a movie… KEUNG is in a great mood while having lunch with LUNG and the others. At this moment, a cleaner has wiped the feet of MAN-FU with her wet mop. KEUNG habitually asks TAK to pay for the meal on his behalf but TAK no longer wants to pay the bill for KEUNG… KEUNG is confused when ALICE does not want to be friends with him due to his ill deeds. Finally KEUNG gets to see the picture about his avoidance of paying the bill is being posted at the canteen. When KEUNG meets FU, FU asks KEUNG to fill in the survey form of the canteen……

While eating the cake that is made by NA, the colleagues praise about her versatility. Yet everyone finally finds that NA only holds a short interest towards everything. During the meeting SUM proposes to get a new spokesperson for LUNG FOOK JEWELLERY and KIU recommends the International Best Actress CHING BO-BO to hold the post. MAN finds that SEVEN LITTLE FORTUNES JEWELLERY also intends to work with BO-BO. BO-BO offers her condition that whichever company can make a bogus bracelet as the one the princess of a small country in East Africa has worn before; she would be its spokesperson. NA reports to KIU that PRINCESS FEI-FEI is in HK and KIU suddenly has a strange desire of borrowing the bracelet from the Princess as to take a look at it… The next day SUM has a meeting with WAI and NA suddenly disappears. NA returns to the office after the meeting ends and everyone puts the blames on her. NA is scared and dare not say a word…

SUM takes back the unit next-door and KEUNG proposes to rent the flat. After hearing about the rent, KEUNG withdraws his thought. SUM has a video dialogue with SAI and SAI indicates that he will be back to HK to develop his career. SUM therefore decides to keep the flat for SAI till he is back to live in HK. KEUNG thinks that leaving the flat empty for half a year is a waste and indicates that he will help SUM to find a short-term tenant. KEUNG successfully gets MR YAU to rent the flat. The bank notifies SUM that the check MR YAU has issued cannot be honored. SUM and KEUNG get home and find that the furniture inside the flat has changed. MR YAU also reveals his true colors… SUM, KIU and MAN bump into MR YAU while he is having a meal at a deluxe restaurant of a hotel. KIU cannot help sitting behind him and eavesdrops. She finds that MR YAU boasts about himself in front of a woman…

SEE-MAN sees the branded handbag KIU carries is old and shabby. Everybody convinces KIU to get a new one but KIU rather saves the money to reward her husband with a great meal instead. While KIU is having lunch with MAN, TAK reveals to KIU that they all have won the third prize of the Mark Six… NA mentions that the celebrity MADAM JUK will hold a second-hand charity bazaar to sell the bags and clothes from the stars at a hotel. When they arrive, KIU uses the money that she has won to buy her favorite handbag. KIU accidentally hears the conversation between TAK and MAN; then realizes that her husband wishes to buy a new laptop… KIU sells her handbag as to get the money for buying her husband a laptop. When KIU meets the buyer, CHING-LING; LING only takes a brief inspection since she has to rush back to the office. MAN feels so touch when seeing the laptop given by his wife……

LING waits for the appearance of MAN at the lobby of the LUNG FOOK JEWELLERY office and asks MAN directly whether he is a police superintendent. MAN mentions about the incident that LING has looked for him and indicates that he has bought back the fake branded handbag. NA has also bought the same style of handbag. While putting together with KIU’s handbag, they can finally differentiate between real and fake. TAK and the rest indicate that MADAM JUK might have sold a fake bag for charity but KIU thinks that MADAM JUK will not do such a thing to ruin her reputation. KIU meets LING when she goes for her cooking lesson. Both of them do not give way to each other and make the cakes in a complete mess… Standing in front of the cooking class cabinet, KIU sees that LING does not take away her locker key and wants to swap the handbags secretly……

LUNG gets panic when he receives a call from a foreigner and KEUNG gallantly helps him out. LUNG asks KEUNG to teach him English but KEUNG is weak in it as well. KEUNG is not able to answer the questions that LUNG raises and eventually becomes speechless. After getting back home, SUM gives LUNG a translating machine. SUM actually does not want KEUNG to go on pretending and teaches LUNG some wrong English. All the colleagues find that LUNG has made great progress with his English. LUNG honestly admits that SUM has given him an old translating machine and it makes KEUNG jealous. A customer MR LUK has taken a large amount of cash to the jewellery office. When SUM asks LUNG to deposit the money into the bank, KEUNG thinks of a trick. LUNG gets back to his seat and finds that the money has disappeared. When KEUNG quietly goes to the place where he has hidden the money, he finds that the money is really being taken away…

NA informs SUM that she has to visit the workshop together with WAI but KEUNG indicates that the car is being taken away for inspection. SUM decides to take the public transportation in order to experience the hardship of her staff. When SUM gets off the car, a man touches her backside from behind unexpectedly. The next day everybody in LUNG FOOK gossips about the appearance of a filthy guy and KIU blurts out the indecent assault that SUM has experienced. All the staff set off to the industrial zone as to catch the filthy guy but the exaggerating look of KIU makes everybody laugh. KIU purposely acts coquettishly in front of the target but he is not interested in her at all. After that they send MAN and NA but the filthy guy still remains unmoved… Seeing that the plan of catching the filthy guy is failed, SUM suggests bringing the staff to visit the new workshop……

During the meeting, BO records down the agenda with his MP3 player as usual. KEUNG is not happy that HUNG always travels between the office and workshop by taxi and refuses to pay HUNG the taxi fare. Seeing that BO also records down this incident, KEUNG purposely speaks loudly to the MP3 player. SUM proposes to make a salary adjustment in the coming season. BO and HUNG both think that SUM is trying to please everybody intentionally. KEUNG goes to the retail shop for inspection. He feels uneasy when seeing that BO and WAI are talking privately inside the meeting room. KEUNG follows BO on his own to a commercial building. Unexpectedly, he sees BO steps out the building together with WAI and WAI is covered with wounds. KEUNG further presumes that BO must have grasped some secrets of WAI……

SUM indicates that there is an empty room ever since UNCLE BIU has moved out of the LUNG FOOK male dormitory and asks KEUNG to be responsible to rent it out. When SUM reports the corporate affairs to WAI, WAI carelessly leaves his MP3 player in the car. KEUNG hides the MP3 player away and listens to its content together with KIU but the recording is extremely boring. LUNG informs KEUNG that there is a tenant and it turns out to be BO. KEUNG gets everybody to come for a meeting and points out the plot of BO by moving into the dormitory. SUM thinks that KEUNG just worries too much. KEUNG does not believe the judgment from LUNG and decides to find out the truth by himself. KEUNG makes an excuse to do the decoration for BO and quietly puts an eavesdropping device inside the room… When BO and HUNG find the eavesdropping device, BO thinks that SUM plays a trick to frame him……

HUNG requests to change his room at the meeting and claims that it does not match with his destiny. Seeing that HUNG has a tough attitude, LUNG indicates that he can swap his room with HUNG but KEUNG does not approve. HUNG has slept inside LUNG’s room and dreamed of some Mark Six numbers. After betting on it, HUNG really won the third prize and therefore he strongly believes that the position of this room can bring him wealth. KEUNG tempts TAK with some horse racing tips; he wants TAK to side with LUNG and objects to the swap of rooms. After receiving a call from TAK that he has changed his mind, HUNG quietly cuts off the lines that access to the Internet and telephone. It makes TAK lose his chance to win any money. In order to fight for the room, HUNG kidnaps the turtle SUGAR LOTUS that LUNG has raised. LUNG is very depressed when finding that his favorite pet has disappeared……

LING meets SUM at the television station while SUM attends an interview with the Weekend Leisure as a guest. During the interview, SUM expresses her views about the management level. LING gets a vicarious feel towards her speech and she is impressed with SUM. KIU has bought a lot of cheese and asks LING to collect it from her office. While KIU introduces LING to the others, SUM and MAN just get back to the office. Seeing that there is an outsider in the office, SUM reprimands KIU severely. KIU gets annoyed and keeps complaining about SUM. KEUNG has to tell her the reason why SUM has to reproach her… When KIU is making dessert together with LING, she cannot help criticizing SUM and points out that the private life of SUM is extremely boring as if she has no friends around. LING meets SUM with her plain clothes at the fruit store while SUM is chatting with some housewives. It makes LING feel very surprised…

BO claims that KIU has a very slapdash approach to complete her design drawing and makes it hard for forming the mold. KIU argues with BO as to save her own face. Knowing that KIU is in the wrong; MAN helps his wife mediate… SUM privately asks MAN not to spoil KIU too much. BO states clearly to SUM and MAN that if the condition does not change, he would report to the chairman and gets KIU fired. KIU attends the dessert class and wrongly takes the tool belongs to a wealthy woman. When KIU sees that the rich lady is wearing some jewellery with her own design, she finds that it is different from her original design. KIU questions her husband and MAN has to tell her the truth… KIU gets back to the office to look at her own drawings and discovers that the drawings are full of words and questions marks……

All the colleagues in LUNG FOOK feel strange when knowing that a rich guy is chasing after NA. Yet NA indicates that she prefers to enjoy her single life instead. After KUENG and the other colleagues have made their blood donation, they ask FU to support the blood donation as well but FU hedges on the topic. NA meets FU while she is having lunch alone in a cafe. FU sees that NA has a book named “Blood Type and Personality” and reveals to her that his blood type is O Negative. KIU is suddenly being informed that MAN and CHUNG are injured in a traffic accident during their business trip in China. Knowing that MAN and CHUNG are suffered from excessive bleeding; NA immediately looks for FU and wants him to go with her to China in order to save them. Yet FU ignores her but NA is persistent and refuses to give up. She indicates that only the same blood group with O Negative can transfuse blood mutually……

Although KIU has heard many times that LING has a boyfriend, she has never met him before. KIU and her husband accidentally see that LING is waiting to get into the cinema by herself. The two of them wait aside hoping to take a look at LING’s boyfriend but unfortunately without success. KEUNG grumbles about getting a wedding card from his former schoolmate and ridicules such ugly man can also get married. KIU strikes an idea of introducing LING to KEUNG and let them have a blind date. KEUNG has a great impression on LING and decides to give LING a probe with a piece of two-card diamond as his secret weapon… KEUNG dates LING out for dinner and purposely shows her the diamond. Yet LING thinks otherwise and rejects KEUNG when he straightly proposes to associate with her. KEUNG makes a complaint to KIU and affirms that the reason for LING to reject him because she does not like man at all…

There is a discussion among the colleagues whether they should eat shark fin and KEUNG thinks that the objectors are just being silly. The next day when SUM and WAI carry out for the unveiling of the SEK KUM DONG bronze statue, a group of villagers and environmentalists are there to protest. SUM, WAI and YUNG are shocked to see that HO-YEE is being one of them. The reporters recognize YEE as a family member of the SEK KUM DONG GROUP and immediately pester her for an interview. Seeing that SUM is worried about YEE, KEUNG advises her not to look for trouble. Yet SUM indicates that she tries to look after the daughter for YAU-SHUN… CHI KOON from SHARK FIN PALACE asks LUNG FOOK to make some pure gold shark fin ornaments for him. Unexpectedly, an environmentalist NANCY brings along some red paint to protest radically at SHARK FIN PALACE. She even sprinkles the red paint over the outside wall……

SUM asks a lawyer to bail YEE out at the police station and makes YEE work to return the bail. KEUNG announces that YEE is going to work at LUNG FOOK and everybody has the vigilance against this radical colleague. YEE points out the shortcomings of LUNG FOOK during the weekly meeting and thinks that the operation of the company causes great environmental damage. Everybody thinks that her opinion is a fuss about nothing. NA watches an online fragment that was taken surreptitiously with a mobile phone. It proves that YEE is not the offender who sprinkled red paint and all of them realize that they have blamed her wrongly. SUM and KEUNG accompany YEE to close the case at the police station. YEE immediately contacts the environmentalists to discuss about the next action……

CHUNG reminds KIU that the series of her Dream Lover jewellery will be launched next month and asks KIU to name very piece of her works. Yet KIU thinks it is really troublesome… The shortlist of the Asian Jewellery Design Competition has announced. SUM urges KIU to hand over the design drawing of her participative works to BO as soon as possible. Although KIU indicates to SUM that she already has the design concept, she only cares about watching TV and ironing the clothes after getting back home… BO chases KIU about the design drawing. As to protect his beloved wife, MAN indicates to BO that after some modifications the drawing will be ready in the afternoon……

KIU and MAN have a celebration about obtaining the merit award from the Asian Jewellery Design Competition but MAN is not satisfied with the result… The General Manager, WONG of SEVEN LITTLE FORTUNES JEWELLERY suddenly appears and tries to lure KIU away with higher salaries. KIU is overjoyed and tries to probe the response of SUM. KIU inadvertently overheard that SUM plans to transfer the pay raises from all the colleagues on KIU as to make her stay. KIU decides to resign after hearing that. Ever since KIU starts working at the new company, she begins to dress up gorgeously as to cater the preferences of WONG. SUM learns from another fellow that WONG likes chasing after the female staff in his company. SUM and KEUNG start worrying about KIU… SUM and KIU get to know from MAN that KIU always works from morning till late night. It makes both of them worried that KIU may fall for WONG…

The colleagues at LUNG FOOK are not happy that BO leaves his durian inside the refrigerator and makes the office stings to high heaven. When KEUNG makes an accusation about it, BO gets angry suddenly. SUM wants to hold the regular meeting earlier all of a sudden. BO requires SUM to delay the meeting since HUNG is still in Dongguan and cannot be back to HK in time. BO does not want the colleagues to know that he is an illiterate and therefore only speaks of his own department during the meeting. When KEUNG goes home alone, he meets a woman squatting on the floor painfully. While KEUNG is helping the woman to search for her medicine, a man suddenly censures KEUNG for sexual harassment… KEUNG meets the male and female bandits again but his phone has run out of battery. When KEUNG sees BO, he writes a message on the wastepaper and pushes it into BO’s hand……

KIU happily goes with MAN for inspection at the jewellery shop while KWOK-HING is shopping with a gorgeous woman, BO-SHAN at the jewellery shop. KIU affirms that HING has two lovers at the same time and feels sorry for LING. When KIU meets LING at the cooking school, KIU shows LING the pictures that she has taken and indicates that she will help LING to chase the third party away. Knowing that HING and SHAN are having a birthday celebration at the hotel, KIU decides to monitor them with MAN. When LING knows about it, she condemns her good friend for being too nosy. When KIU and LING have their cooking lesson again, LING purposely keeps KIU at a distance and does not want to talk with her. It makes KIU very upset… After the cooking lesson, LING bumps into SHAN on the street and SHAN tries to probe into the relationship between LING and HING……

Some food drops from FU’s shopping bag and a dog tries to bite it away. FU snatches his food back and condemns the owner for not taking care of his own pet. YEE sees everything and blames FU for being so mean. When FU knows that YEE tries to take away the left behind food from the cafe as to feed the stray cats and dogs, he forbids his staff from giving the food to YEE. All the staff at LUNG FOOK are discussing about the cat abuser. YEE feels so bad when she sees the pictures about the cats being ill-treated. The next day YEE meets FU while he is carrying a pet cage and YEE decides to follow him. YEE cannot help telling everybody that FU is the cat abuser and everyone decides to catch FU together. When YEE and the others hide in a hidden corner waiting to capture FU on the scene, a dark shadow appears to catch a cat at this time. Yet FU immediately shows up to arrest the abuser right away…

WAI and SUM go back to LUNG FOOK for the regular meeting together. Suddenly a staff from the main office rushes to return WAI the ball pan that he has dropped. YUNG instantly gets an idea of hosting a “Best Employee Election”. The Personnel Manager, KAM MA-LUN takes his own initiative to replace all the work permits for the staff of LUNG FOOK in order to win the award. KEUNG stops everyone from voting for LUN and offers LUNG to participate in the campaign. The votes between LUN and LUNG are very close. After discussing with everyone, KEUNG decides to submit to LUN. Yet WAI has inadvertently known about this incident… WAI convenes all the staff of LUNG FOOK and denounces them openly. WAI even points out that LUNG is unsuited for the eligibility criteria of the “Best Employee Election”. KIU and the rest disagree with it and everybody reveals the merits of LUNG individually……

Although KIU has become the senior designer, she cannot stop behaving like a typical homemaker and it makes MAN feel terribly embarrassed. Hearing that CHUNG praises the card box she has bought for MAN, KIU immediately offers to get one for CHUNG. CHUNG tries to convince MAN to draw some ornament designs for his customer privately but MAN rejects him. When KIU gives the card box to CHUNG, she immediately becomes the target for venting his frustrations… KIU is not happy that CHUNG and the other colleagues do not show any respect to her senior status. MAN coaxes his wife and purposely gives her a watch as an encouragement. MAN encourages KIU to cooperate with the “Fresh Asparagus” fashion brand. KIU has a meeting with MRS KO whom is the person in charge of the brand. Unexpectedly MRS KO is in a great mood and KIU is not able to get away for the appointment with MAN……

YUNG purposely assigns SUM to select a set of jewellery for WAI’s uncle, TAU-YU as the birthday present for his mother for the sake of having YU to finance in SEK KUM DONG GROUP. KIU learns from KEUNG that YU and SHUN both have chased after SUM in the old days. KIU attends the dinner party held by the SEK family as to explain the design of the jewellery. Yet YU only wants to reunite with SUM wholeheartedly and does not pay attention to her explanations. Uncle YU hopes that SUM can keep him company for sightseeing and SUM agrees. While MAN and KIU are having dinner in a restaurant, they accidentally overhear the conversation between YU and his mother that YU intends to bring SUM with him to live abroad… When SUM sees MAN and KIU, she thinks that they are following her. KIU feels sorry for interrupting SUM and YU, she then hopes to help and bring them together…

Seeing that LUNG bursts into tears while watching a romance play, KEUNG assumes that LUNG has started to pine for the opposite sex. YEE tries to share the work with others but all the colleagues dare not give her any work to do. It makes YEE feel that she is incompatible with the crowd… LUNG gives YEE a new cup and inside the pantry KEUNG is shocked to see that LUNG and YEE are using a pair of couples cup. KEUNG reveals to SUM that LUNG may feel attracted to YEE and unexpectedly YEE hears their conversation inadvertently… YEE tells LUNG straightforwardly that they are just simply colleagues. After hearing that, LUNG decides to bring YEE to his former school and reveals his mind to her from the bottom of his heart… KEUNG finds that LUNG is very close to YEE and asks SUM to stop LUNG before he becomes too involved. SUM gets to know from YEE about the inside story of their relationship…

At the 8 TO 9 CAFE, HUNG and TAK see that LUNG is talking happily with YING and EMILY who are the staff from another company. HUNG wants to go after YING and enquires LUNG about her telephone number. LUNG refuses since it involves with her own privacy. FU is getting more familiar with YEE due to their voluntary works. Seeing that FU uses a diamond earring as a tack at home, YEE suggests FU to make the diamond into a pendant. Knowing that LUNG is a responsible guy and can maintain secrecy, FU hands over the diamond to LUNG and asks him to be responsible for making it as a pendant according to what YEE has suggested. LUNG meets YING and her colleagues inside the lift. When hearing that they are going for a barbecue over the weekend, LUNG blurts out a request and asks YEE not to attend the barbecue……

MAN asks BO to make a crown headdress for the wedding ceremony of the solicitor, MR POON. Yet BO passes the work to the workshop in Dongguan. NA receives a call from MAN in Dongguan saying that the diamonds he got from MR POON were left behind in the office. After hearing about it, NA offers to bring the diamonds to Dongguan. NA helps a pregnant woman when she falls down. After meeting MAN, NA finds that the diamonds are being stolen. When NA accompanies MAN to see MR POON and his wife for explaining the situation, she receives a call from UNCLE KAU who works as the workshop manager in Dongguan. NA goes alone to Dongguan to redeem the diamonds and after MAN knows about it, he goes over to join NA… Seeing that NA is being bullied, MAN has to bite the bullet and fight with those people. When NA looks at MAN being so drunk inside the hotel room, she cannot help kissing him gently…

Ever since NA and MAN get back to HK, they never mention a word about losing the diamonds. MAN fails to produce his design drawing to WAI on time and it makes WAI accuse him of incompetence in front of the colleagues. KIU condemns NA after hearing the pretext from her husband. NA hands in her resignation to SUM. Knowing that SUM has tender affection for NA, KEUNG talks to KIU and reveals his concern. KIU feels guilty since she thinks that NA resigns because of her accusations. When KIU meets NA, she takes the opportunity to convince NA not to leave her job. Seeing that KIU jumps into her own conclusions, NA feels more helpless. FU has to comfort NA since he understands that NA resigns because she does not want to get too sentimentally involved. Seeing that SUM is upset about the resignation of NA, MAN reminds her that raising the salary is not necessarily the only way to detain a talented person……

KIU blames HUNG for working sloppily when finding that the ring mold he made is rough and coarse. As to save his face, HUNG has to reveal that the mold is made by TAK instead… MAN and everybody are talking about the news of the chief cyclist, WONG GAM-HAP. To everyone’s surprise, HUNG mentions that he was the savior of GAM when he was young. During the meeting YEE proposes to get GAM as the spokesman for LUNG FOOK… As to make GAM agree to be the spokesman, KIU indicates that his savior works right at LUNG FOOK… KIU meets HUNG unexpectedly at the opening sale of a sports clothing chain store and both of them fight badly against a set of sportswear. When they leave the factory building, they run into each other again inside the life. They are both vindictive and end up being trapped inside the lift. When KIU finds that it is totally dark inside the lift, she yells out of fearfulness…

When SUM is having a meeting with WAI, she proposes to him about reopening the post of the Regional Manager for the sales department. KEUNG points out that CHUNG is being too glib to fit in the post. SUM urges MAN to greet MS WONG with special care since she is a very important customer of the company. KEUNG picks up a call for NA and has an argument with the caller, unexpectedly the lady claims herself to be MS WONG. KEUNG realizes that he has caused a big trouble. KEUNG avoids embarrassing SUM he decides to apologize to MS WONG personally. When KEUNG rushes to the dinner party, he finds that CHUNG is also being one of the guests… CHUNG suddenly admits that he is the one that argued with MS WONG over the phone and it helps KEUNG to solve his predicament. KEUNG has also softened his attitude and no longer shows his high-profile opposition against the promotion of CHUNG to be the regional manager……

While SUM and MAN get home, their new neighbor MRS CHEUNG is making a row at the lobby and claims that someone has knocked over her eggs. When MAN hears the descriptions from MRS CHEUNG, he suspects that KIU should be the one… KIU is not happy when everybody compares her with MADAM CHAN whom looks really raunchy. So KIU purposely finds an excuse to invite MADAM CHAN back home… LING and KIU pay a visit to a pole dancing school. When seeing that each of the students is having an excellent body shape, it makes them decide to enroll in the courses. KIU asks LING to buy her some sexy dancing costumes and hope to bring a surprise for MAN on the day of their wedding anniversary. KIU finds that buying the steel pipe for her performance is very expensive and decides to buy a cheap one to install it at home. KIU bumps into her neighbor MR YAU and asks him to help with the installation……

MAN finds that KIU is behaving strangely but cannot find anyone to confide about it. MAN has to discuss it with KEUNG… KIU praises highly for her classmate at the pole dancing class about her figure and appearance. LING has to tell her the secrets about MAY… KEUNG has a talk with KIU and KIU misinterprets that KEUNG has known about her plan for taking some cosmetology injections. KEUNG reveals his mistaken message to MAN and gets him so utterly confused. When MAN realizes that he has misunderstood MR YAU, he decides to meet LING together with KEUNG. LING does not want MAN to have any further misunderstanding about KIU and therefore tells him the truth… KIU works out her plan accordingly and gets ready to celebrate the wedding anniversary with MAN. On the other hand, MAN also deliberately makes a booking at a deluxe restaurant that his wife likes and prepares to have dinner with her…

KIU needs MAN to hold her to work due to her foot injury. SUM has originally arranged KIU to entertain the customer MRS NAGASAKI. Now she has to let KIU go home and recuperate and assigns NA to take over the reception. KIU meets her old classmate SANDY and SANDY mentions about the news that the former love rival of KIU, TAM KA-YAN is going to get married. MAN gets a VIP card from a branded shop for his wife to buy some new clothes. KIU gets injured when she carelessly steps on her overlong gown and falls to the ground. MRS NAGASAKI purposely pays KIU a visit when knowing that she is injured. When MAN opens the door, they unexpectedly find that KIU looks so unkempt and lies on the sofa indolently… After SUM and MRS NAGASAKI have left, MAN and KIU hear the sound of the fire alarm……

KEUNG accompanies SUM to get some pickles and SUM indicates that the lunar calendar birthday of YEE is coming soon. WAI makes an announcement about changing the design of the group logo and also proposes to change the logo of LUNG FOOK in coordination. SUM contends on strong grounds but WAI thinks that SUM has her selfish motives. After the discussion, SUM and WAI agree to let YEE make the final decision about changing the logo of LUNG FOOK. WAI happens to overhear the conversation between KEUNG and CHUNG. Knowing that SUM intends to spend the birthday with YEE, WAI and YUNG also ask YEE to go back home for dinner on her birthday. LUNG and FU accompany YEE to conduct a survey in the streets. When YEE sees a little girl holding a doll, it reminds YEE of her childhood memories. YEE works together with LUNG and FU until night. FU knows that it is YEE’s birthday and decides to cook and celebrate with her…

LUNG envies YEE when she has spent her vacation to see the World Expo and expresses that he also wants to go to Shanghai. LUNG proposes to SUM for taking a leave to see the Shanghai World Expo. As to find out whether LUNG is capable enough to take care of himself, SUM wants LUNG to collect the custom cheongsam that she has made in Shenzhen. LUNG gets back to the office and explains that he is late because of lending twenty dollars to a stranger. Seeing the innocence of LUNG, KEUNG opposes him for going to Shanghai. LUNG goes alone to Shenzhen to collect the cheongsam for SUM and delays in his return. SUM calls up the shop in Shenzhen and finds that LUNG has never showed up; meanwhile, SUM receives a message from LUNG… LUNG and TAK go back to the male dormitory together. SUM claims that LUNG fails to get her the cheongsam, it means that he cannot pass the test and has to give up his trip for visiting the World Expo……

SUM introduces CHUNG, whom is the son of her part-time maid MADAM LIN, to work at FU’s cafe as a summer job. LIN feels very grateful about it. YUNG suddenly shows up and claims that LIN has stolen her gold bracelet in front of everybody. YUNG offers a three-day grace period for LIN to return her bracelet; otherwise she is going to report it to the police. CHUNG asks FU to transfer him as a long-term employee. When KEUNG and SUM overhear their conversation, they realize that CHUNG also suspects that his mother steals for money. SUM takes out her own ruby ring as a prop and wants LIN to perform a show in front of her son… While KEUNG is rehearsing the final practice with LIN, YUNG appears in front of them with a straight face… KIU does not know that the plan has been exposed by YUNG and still acts in front of her. YUNG is very disappointed with SUM as she thinks of every means to cover up a thief……

KIU and MAN run into a lucky draw when they go shopping. KIU is disappointed when all she gets is only a microwave. The next day KIU tries to sell the microwave to her colleagues and eventually NA buys it. SEE-MAN claims that NA has a house fire since she has used an unknown brand of microwave and it makes KIU feel very guilty about it. Hearing that NA wants to get some workers to renovate her flat, KIU immediately indicates that MAN is able to help. MAN does not want to be alone with NA and gets KEUNG, LUNG and TAK to help and work at her home. Seeing that NA knows nothing about home maintenance, they all pool their efforts to help her. KEUNG and the others find that NA has an extremely good Karaoke machine and therefore stay back to practice their singing. They treat NA like a maid and her attentive hospitality has gained great appreciation from the guys. They even upload their pictures while having fun…

When TAK and SEE-MAN know that the company is going to work with a fashionable clothing brand in Japan, they immediately hand in their lists and ask MAN to shop for them in Japan. KIU informs her husband that she intends to take leave as to accompany him on business. KIU claims that she has to take a laser eye surgery and takes it as an excuse to apply for leave. SUM agrees to the application unknowingly. When KIU has to make a report to the director, SUM finds that NA and KIU are wearing the same clothing. SUM therefore asks NA to change her clothes. Afterward KEUNG sees that the sanitation worker has put on NA’s clothes. SUM then realizes that NA must have felt aggrieved at her decision. While KIU is packing up and gets ready to travel with MAN, SUM suddenly visits them and requires KIU to cancel her leave. The next day while KIU is at work, she decides to go and meet her husband in Japan……

MAN and NA are shocked when SUM appears unexpectedly. SUM has a talk with MAN alone and MAN frankly mentions that he has not developed any intimate relationship with NA. As to find out whether MAN has refused her love, SUM purposely picks up NA and goes to work together with her. NA shows a computer-printed letter to SUM and indicates that MAN has sent her the letter asking her not to pester him anymore. KIU distributes the souvenirs to the colleagues that MAN has brought back. With a petty mind, KIU does not want to share them with SUM. MAN suddenly discovers that the vehicle permit has already expired and informs KIU immediately. KIU is so scared that it leads to an occurrence of accident and nearly gets an old lady injured… As to save NA and MAN from meeting each other embarrassingly, SUM offers to transfer NA to temporarily replace the secretary of WAI while she is on maternity leave……

MAN suddenly gets a call from his old friend ZIN-CHEUNG and claims that he wants to return the money he owed MAN years ago. KIU accompanies her husband to meet CHEUNG. When seeing from far that CHEUNG wants MAN to sign some documents, KIU hurries forward to stop it… MAN and KIU see that CHEUNG appears at the 8 TO 9 CAFE, CHEUNG frankly admits that he has met his first love whom is their colleague at LUNG FOOK. Therefore CHEUNG does not want MAN to mention to his first love about him borrowing money from MAN before. When NA steps forward to say hello, MAN realizes that NA is the first love of CHEUNG. When MAN and CHEUNG go for a morning walk, MAN asks CHEUNG about his development with NA. CHEUNG seriously replies that he will not let go the fate of being with NA and he is going to propose to her. MAN brings CHEUNG to the retail shop of LUNG FOOK for buying a diamond ring to propose……

KIU and MAN go shopping at a mattress store and MAN has a liking for a new mattress. SUM goes together with MAN and KIU to the retail shop for inspection. MAN bumps into his former schoolmate PETER and PETER asks MAN to join a gathering with the other schoolmates. KIU is reluctant when asking KEUNG to help and throw the old mattress away. While MAN is driving to go for his appointment, he sees that some strong men are pushing NA inside a van. MAN is so anxious that he immediately pursues after NA… KIU wakes up during the middle of the night and unexpectedly finds that her husband sits in the hall dully. MAN frankly reveals that he has not attended the schoolmates gathering… MAN finds it hard to face his wife and leaves home. He informs KEUNG and SUM to look after KIU but both of them are not able to find KIU… With a blank mind, KIU goes to the junk room all alone in her pajamas to look for something…

KEUNG brings KIU over to SUM’s home and KIU is still unable to accept the marital infidelity of her husband. When SUM helps KIU to get some daily necessities from her home, she finds that KEUNG brings back the old mattress that KIU has thrown away… Seeing that KIU is being so listless and depressed, KEUNG specially prepares a rich dinner for her. KIU finally vents out all her frustrations. KEUNG reviews the case with KIU to point out that she is lack of fun and not being romantic enough. KIU reveals the infidelity of MAN to LING and asks her to help. Without any permission, KIU and KEUNG search the e-mail and telephone messages of MAN in the hope of finding who is the third party… When SUM meets MAN, he explains the whole incident to her. SUM finally realizes that she is deceived by NA. SUM and MAN suddenly find that KIU has been standing behind them all the while…

WAI wants to participate in the project of building a new airport in Morocco and requires LUNG FOOK to design a set of jewellery for the prince as his wedding gift. SUM assigns MAN to be responsible for this important task. KIU is caught unprepared when MAN suddenly returns home. Although KIU helps to get the clothes for her husband, she does not want to talk any further with him. KIU finally erupts with all her pent-up frustrations… KIU does not want to lose MAN and finally forgives him but KEUNG finds that the relationship between them is not the same as before. SUM informs NA that MAN has returned home to KIU but unexpectedly NA refuses to give up since she has not hurt anyone. While MAN is working overtime at the office, he gets a call from his mother asking for more than a hundred thousand dollars to pay for the renovation fee. After working overnight, MAN gets back home and finds that KIU has changed all the furniture……

FU meets NA at a restaurant and gets to know that NA has not gone back to work at LUNG FOOK due to the extramarital affair with MAN. NA meets MAN at LUNG FOOK and informs him about the incident that she has bumped into CHUNG. MAN frowns when hearing about it… SUM hints to MAN that he has to make his choice between two women as soon as possible; moreover, she threatens MAN with his job and repossession in order to make MAN stay with KIU. KEUNG is shocked to know that SUM coerces MAN to pay off his mortgage as to force MAN to go back to KIU. MAN suddenly receives a message from NA indicating that she wants to move and inquires his opinion. MAN tries hard to resist the temptation and turns off his mobile phone. MAN cannot bear his depression and finally vents all his frustrations on KIU. KIU then realizes that SUM has compelled her husband to repay the money……

KIU is very worried when she gets to know from the doctor that MAN will be suffered from a temporary blindness. Yet MAN rather convalesces in the hospital instead. KEUNG goes to the hospital to do the discharge procedures for MAN and MAN suddenly disappears… NA takes MAN away and indicates that she will respect his choice. NA also gives MAN a great amount of cash since she does not want him to make any decision under the oppression of SUM. KIU, SUM and KEUNG feel at ease when MAN finally returns home. SUM informs MAN that SEK KUM DONG GROUP has got the infrastructure project in Morocco and WAI decides to hold a cocktail party to celebrate it. When MAN agrees to attend the party, SUM and KEUNG are both happy to know that MAN has got a decision in his mind. KUM and KEUNG arrive early at the reception revenue. Both of them see that MAN is all dressed-up to attend the cocktail party but only KIU is missing…

Ever since MAN has made up his mind, KIU is so depressed that she does not go back to work. Although SUM and KEUNG do not approve the decision of MAN, they do admire for his sacrifices. KIU receives a call from her EIGHTH AUNT saying that the developer has not purchased her ranch yet. KIU mentions that she will get a million dollars and bring it over to her as the deposit… During the meeting at LUNG FOOK, BO reflects his disaffection about the absence of KIU. BO seeks to propose some candidates as the new designer but KEUNG turns down his proposal. When KIU leaves the bank, a man riding a motorcycle snatches the cash from her hand. YEE happens to pass by and hears that KIU is crying out loud about the robbery. YEE immediately reports to the police and seeks for help……

KIU is brought to the police station for investigation. Knowing that only six hundred thousand dollars has been picked up, it causes KIU a great deal of heartache. KIU cancels the deal with anger when she calls up her EIGHTH AUNT and finds that she wants a much higher price on the spot… KIU calls up KUENG late at night and indicates that she has something to discuss with SUM. KIU calmly analyzes the situation of LUNG FOOK with SUM. KIU has even prepared a thick contract to require SUM for a promotion and pay rise in order to retain her. KIU intentionally changes her image to go to work and her breathtaking momentum stuns all the colleagues… The colleagues happily discuss about what to eat during lunchtime and LUNG wants to get KIU to join them. Yet TAK stops him and points out the status of KIU has changed so much that she is no longer on an equal footing with everyone……

The staff of LUNG FOOK has lunch at the 8 TO 9 CAFE. UNCLE WAH informs everyone that the chef has brought along his assistant to switch to another job and therefore FU has to work all alone… YEE finds an old camera and some old pictures when she helps FU to clear his stuff at home. YEE advises FU to take the camera for repair. The advertising photographer LUK JIT has lunch at the 8 TO 9 CAFE and inadvertently mentions that there is a master in Sheung Wan who is able to fix the camera. FU brings his camera to the camera shop and leaves it for repair. The next day he gets a call from the camera shop owner and indicates that the master has accidentally broken the lens of his camera… When FU sees the old pictures that YEE has fixed, it brings him back so much of his childhood memories. SIN POK accidentally sees a picture inside the printing room and finds that the man looks familiar……

BO and KEUNG fall into an argument about ordering the diamond materials. SUM advises them to inquire KIU but they both indicate that KIU will let SUM to be the decision maker instead. KIU stands outside the door and feels disappointed that no one has any confidence in her. During the meeting, SUM happily discusses with everyone about the new design “Myriad Love” and its promotion work. KEUNG suddenly comes and informs SUM that another jewellery company is also going to release the same style of jewellery. Since WAI is in business cooperation with OLD LIU, he attempts to let SUM make concessions for not releasing that same style of jewellery. SUM is facing the dilemma and decides to discuss it with the staff. BO thinks that they should shift the blame to MAN as to protect the interests of SEK KUM DOM GROUP. Yet KIU insists that LUNG FOOK is in a justifiable position and they should make no concessions to OLD LIU…

After separating with MAN, KIU always eats alone. Knowing that SUM and KIU cannot get along amicably because of the incident of MAN, KEUNG purposely asks LUNG to invite KIU over to SUM’s home for soup but KIU turns it down. SUM wants LUNG to throw away the soup dregs. Instead of wasting the food, LUNG puts the soup dregs inside a plastic box before he throws them away. BO complains to SUM that KIU is always out for inspection and there is no way to get her for any job discussions. SUM suggests KIU to do the inspection after work but KIU requires SUM to increase her pay for overtime work. KEUNG meets MR YAU inside the building and learns from him that KIU takes away the soup dregs, which LUNG has packed and thrown inside the junk room, as for her supper. KEUNG therefore has an idea… KEUNG shows off to KIU about the dried seafood that SUM always buys for cooking……

POK purposely cooks some pork with preserved vegetables for FU to try on the first day when he works at the 8 TO 9 CAFE. FU does not want to take it and gives it to UNCLE WAH. FU wants to know from POK why he insists on learning how to make pork with preserved vegetables from him. POK reveals to him a past event… After knowing the story from POK, FU is being tougher and tries to find fault with him in order to fire POK. When YEE is asking POK some questions about her camera, POK is not aware that a customer is trying to make his order. FU immediately reprimands POK about it. POK has to sell away his gold chain because of some financial difficulties. He feels so embarrassed to meet YEE at the retail shop while she happens to work there as well. FU aims at POK intentionally and states that he will fire POK as long as he finds an ant on the sugar container. POK tries to find ways for preventing the ants……

KEUNG has no friends to date during his vacation and therefore goes back to visit his colleagues at LUNG FOOK. KEUNG tells everyone excitedly that he has got a new camera as a lucky prize but everybody gives him a cold response. KEUNG stays at home idly and with the inspiration from MADAM LIN, KEUNG decides to bring along his new camera to the male dormitory for sale. Yet LUNG and the rest are not interested in it and it makes KEUNG feel that he has something that has no use. When KEUNG meets JIT, he recommends his own camera to JIT. JIT suggests that KEUNG can put the camera for sale online. KEUNG shows great interest when knowing that he can date the photographic enthusiasts out and get a model for taking photographs. KEUNG attends the meeting with his causal wear and the photographers find him very offensive. It makes KEUNG feel really unsatisfied……

KIU gets back to LUNG FOOK in the morning and warns everyone repeatedly to praise the photographs once KEUNG shows them out. When POK delivers the takeaway and gets to see the photographs, he criticizes the poor photography techniques of KEUNG mercilessly. KEUNG gets JIT to appraise his work and JIT proposes that he can get more information on learning photography from the Internet. SUM finds that KEUNG consults about the photographic attainment from someone whose domain name is CHOW MEI-MEI from the Internet. Although KEUNG never meets MEI, he actually fantasizes that she is a gentle beautiful lady. When POK meets KEUNG inside the male toilet, they have an argument regarding the watch. Ever since KEUNG learns from the dialogue that MEI wants to buy a new lens, he thinks up an idea… KEUNG indicates to MEI that he has won the lens through a lucky draw and he is willing to sell it by half the price……

KIU finally has the courage to pack what MAN has left behind. KIU finds an umbrella that MAN used to carry but KEUNG borrows it from her. SAI returns to HK ahead of time and requires KEUNG to keep it as a secret. KEUNG lends the umbrella to SAI, which he has borrowed from KIU. When KIU passes by the coffee shop, she sees the same umbrella that she has lent to KEUNG. At this moment, SAI appears and indicates that he has left behind the umbrella. IVY informs KIU that the insurance premium has not been transferred and KIU has to reveal to IVY that she is separated from MAN. IVY gives KIU her wedding invitation card. KIU happens to overhear the telephone conversation of IVY and finds out that her fiance wants to breach the marriage just before the wedding… IVY invites KIU back home to see the ring template and KIU affirms that SAI is the fiance of IVY…

KIU tries to find an excuse to get back to IVY’s home and SAI has to return the umbrella to KIU in order to send her away. After being comforted by SAI, IVY becomes sober and dispels the idea of committing suicide. KIU meets SAI at LUNG FOOK again and affirms that he is a fickle lover. When KIU accidentally hears that SAI is accompanying IVY to meet her fiance DAVID, she follows them out of curiosity. KIU sees that IVY is being taunted by DAVID and SAI suddenly appears to let IVY see the true color of DAVID. Although KIU is watching on the sidelines, she finds it most satisfying. MR YAU finally returns the house key to SUM and SUM wants to call SAI. Yet KEUNG does not dare to reveal that SAI is already back in HK… KIU again sees SAI bringing another pretty woman to LUNG FOOK for shopping. SAI unexpectedly claims that he knows KIU well and requires for a discount…

KIU gets KEUNG to go shopping with her. When they get back home and pass by SAI’s home, they find SAI and YAN are acting very intimately. As a result, KIU has nothing but disdain for SAI. SUM wishes to expand the mainland market and gets KIU to discuss the cooperation plan with the HEAVENLY EMPIRE group with her. SUM informs KIU that she cannot be back to HK in time and wants KIU to replace her temporarily. MRS MO is annoyed to see that KIU attends the meeting without any sufficient preparations. When SAI sees everything, he immediately helps and indicates to MRS MO that KIU is his girlfriend… While leaving the restaurant, KIU finds that SAI and the female boss of LING, SHAN are on intimate terms. KIU assumes that SAI is having an affair with a married woman as well… When KIU is back to SUM’s home, she reprimands SAI and they act like a pair of predestined enemies……

Using the domain name as FREE GOD, KIU asks MAGICIAN to sell the porcelain doll. Unexpectedly, MAGICIAN turns out to be SAI. KEUNG accidentally sees a message for SAI at the online auction and FREE GOD seems to be very desperate for the doll. KEUNG therefore sets a higher price secretly for SAI. Since KIU cannot get the porcelain doll, she vents all her anger on SAI. When SAI gets to see her mobile phone, he is astonished to find that FREE GOD is actually KIU. LING looks for KIU and comes straight to the point that she wants to meet SAI. LING reveals that SHAN wants to recruit SAI to work at SKYWORKS BEAUTY. In order to help her best friend, KIU has to invite SAI to her home and meet LING. After knowing the intention of KIU, SAI indicates that he really likes her home. As long as KIU is willing to exchange the unit with him, SAI promises to work at SKYWORKS BEAUTY but KIU refuses…

FU indicates that SAI is a nice guy… KIU discusses with KEUNG about SAI and KEUNG also has doubts about how SAI can turn into a stunner when he was initially such a bad boy…

SAI and FU recall the past a decade ago… Back in Canada at a Thai restaurant, SAI criticized the chef about the Tom Yum Goong he made. The boss of FU, FAI was not happy and proposed to bet with SAI by racing. FAI promised to give SAI a week as to raise money after defeating him. SAI kept calling SUM in HK but he could not get in touch with his sister… SAI was back to HK and realized that his sister was hit by some critical changes. SAI was too ashamed to see his sister and left gloomily. SAI apologized to FAI and with the help from FU; both of them have consequently established their friendship. The neighbor of SAI, MRS CHEUNG consults him about breast augmentation. As to save some assessment of costs, MRS CHEUNG has taken some autodyne pictures of her breast and sends them over to SAI by mobile phone. SAI gives KIU a helping hand when she is too drunk to get back home……

YEE asks WAI to participate in the “Best Environmental Awareness CEO” competition and WAI is happy to go for the election. During the meeting, KEUNG refers to the male employees about the wastage of electricity and asks them to confess the one who has been wasting electricity… KEUNG further intensifies his action and carries out a deed of reducing the toilet paper. LUNG and TAK cannot bear it anymore and confess that everything is done by BO. KEUNG gives LUNG a video camera and wants him to help shooting the evil conduct of BO. LUNG really lives up to the trust and takes down everything that BO has done to waste electricity. The video about BO wasting electricity is put online. After knowing it, WAI reprimands BO. BO has to admit his own faults and promises not to waste electricity anymore. At the same time WAI asks to see KEUNG. KEUNG is filled with joy and waits for WAI to praise him……

KIU and everyone go to the 8 TO 9 CAFE for lunch and find that it is very crowded. UNCLE WAH informs them that the photographic enthusiasts are all there to consult POK about photography. FU is upset when finding that his business is affected… WAI gets a bottle of forty years old Maotai liquor from SIR CHAN. WAI wants to invite SIR CHAN for some refined Kurobuta pork as to reciprocate him. YEE meets POK and POK tells her that a collector wants to get his antique camera in exchange for some Maotai but it does not attract him. The officer from Food and Environmental Hygiene Department suddenly visits the 8 TO 9 CAFE since there is a complaint about a cockroach was found inside the food. FU recognizes the guy from the picture is a photographic enthusiast whom has an argument with him earlier on… FU condemns POK and makes him resign. WAI is chagrined since he cannot find the right place for taking Kurobuta pork……

When KIU meets SAI outside her door, she pours ridicule on his nondescript clothing. In fact it is due to the air conditioner of her old home has broken down and SAI goes mad because of the heat. KIU accidentally finds some shoeboxes that have hidden various types of documents while she was together with MAN. She therefore throws them away to the trash room. SAI gets home and bumps into the trash worker, GRANNY SIX. She passes a batch of letters to SAI and they are the love letters that MAN has once written to KIU. KIU finds a love letter that MAN has written her from a reference design book and suddenly remembers that she may possibly discard all those love letters from MAN by mistake. KIU rushes to ask the trash worker whether she has found the letters. Yet the replacement worker knows nothing about it and makes KIU very disappointed……

SUM asks LUNG what kind of birthday cake he wants since Mid-Autumn Festival is his birthday. KEUNG thinks that SUM is excessively serious about it. SAI is curious when LUNG watches again a child programme “430 Space Shuttle” that was back in twenty-five years ago. SUM then reveals the engagement LUNG has made with Captain CHEUNG KWOK-KEUNG to meet in twenty-five years. Knowing that the mental arithmetic ability of LUNG is extremely high, HUNG decides to make his gambling plan. Taking the surgical operation to cure his foot as an excuse, HUNG hopes to cheat BO into lending him eighty thousand dollars. As to raise another twenty thousand dollars, HUNG gives LUNG a thousand dollars to bet on the horses for him. BO gets a call from his sister-in-law that she needs some money for a turnover. BO is in a dilemma as he has promised to lend the money to HUNG… Seeing that BO is so chagrined, LUNG promises to lend him the money……

HUNG is excited since he has successfully won a large sum of money; meanwhile, BO calls HUNG and wants him to get back to the male dormitory. HUNG actually thinks that LUNG is the informant. BO reveals to HUNG about LUNG lending him the money and makes HUNG realize that he has wrongly accused a good person. BO returns the money to LUNG on behalf of HUNG. Unexpectedly, LUNG gives back fifteen thousand dollars to HUNG as a compensation for not being able to place the bet for him. Mid-Autumn Festival is around the corner and HUNG looks for SUM to discuss about the birthday celebration for LUNG… SUM lets everybody off earlier and LUNG also gets ready to meet with the captain from“430 Space Shuttle”. KIU cannot help asking LUNG whether he thinks that the captain will show up. LUNG indicates that he is aware of the promise was made by the captain as to coax a kid at that time……

Knowing that a man LAI MANG goes after SUM, KEUNG and SAI both support SUM to have another romance but she refuses the appointment. LING gives SAI the information of a customer and he finds that FEI FEI is a popular singer in Southeast Asia when she was young. When SAI finds that they both came from the same town, FEI starts telling him about the past. FEI accidentally exposes that SUM gave birth to a child when she was young and unmarried. SUM even had to take her own son as her brother. SAI is confused about the incident of SUM and reveals his secrets to FU. FU thinks there is no need to verify it deliberately but SAI is not relieved. With the inspiration from a customer, SAI steals the hair from SUM and gives to the laboratory… SAI has written the wrong address and the DNA report is sent to KIU’s home. KIU is mistaken that SAI has an affair outside and needs the DNA report to verify the identity of his own daughter……

The staffs of LUNG FOOK are very excited when they know that SUM is going to get a sexy movie star, KEI KEI as the spokesperson of the new jewellery series. Knowing that KEI is meeting SUM at the 8 TO 9 CAFE for a talk, everybody is eager to see her there. SAI is at the 8 TO 9 CAFE to give SUM her mobile phone. When KEI knows that SAI is a plastic surgery doctor, she is very keen on him… KEI dates SAI out in the hope of getting his professional opinion. KEI requires SAI to make an inspection for her in private and SAI has to allow her to be diagnosed at his home. After the inspection, the manager of KEI informs her that the paparazzi get the news and all waiting right downstairs… SAI does not want KEI to get involved with a scandal and turns to KIU for help. LYAN informs KIU that she has become a main character of a magazine cover but KIU has to seal her lips…

During the middle of the night, KIU gets KEUNG to go with her to SAI’s home as to look for something that she has lost. In the end KIU still cannot find her lost wedding ring. SUM informs everyone that MR KAWAKAMI is very satisfied with the jewellery series that MAN has cooperated with him for the last season. However, the reputation of MAN and KIU seems to have a wide disparity. Although knowing that the cooperation chance is rather slim, SUM still asks KIU to finish her proposal in order to meet with KAWAKAMI. KAWAKAMI has initially rejected the offer for cooperation but after seeing KIU, he is totally obsessed by her beauty. KIU is ecstatic when KAWAKAMI treats her so well. Yet the angel and the devil are having a battle among her innermost feelings… On one hand KIU wants the vanity that KAWAKAMI brings her but on the other hand the angel in her heart reminds her not to make use of other people’s feelings……

SAI bumps into KEUNG when he brings LUCY to the retail shop of LUNG FOOK to fix her bracelet. When knowing that SAI and LUCY are going to play badminton, KEUNG therefore seizes the chance to propose a date. KIU learns from CHUNG that SAI has brought his female friends LUCY and FIONA to buy jewellery respectively. He also carves his English name “SIMON” together with the name of the girls on the jewellery. KIU affirms that SAI is a two-timer. KEUNG receives a call from SAI saying that the badminton game has to be cancelled. When KEUNG asks KIU to play badminton with him, he sees SAI is there with LUCY… KIU meets FIONA at a bar. Due to what FIONA has told her, KIU takes a chance to remind SAI that he has to make things clear with FIONA. In fact KIU has totally mixed up the two matters. KIU meets LUCY at the cooking school and overhears her telephone conversation with SIMON……

Due to the poor business of the 8 TO 9 CAFE, FU holds a meeting with his employees to discuss some solutions. UNCLE WAH thinks that there must be something wrong with the feng shui. Yet POK has other views and has written a proposal to FU. When UNCLE WAH sees the feng shui master, AUYEUNG FAT-LAI is at the 8 TO 9 CAFE for buying some takeaway food; he makes use of the chance to consult him. Master LAI points out that any lady whose name has the Chinese character “wood” will affect the business of the cafe… JIT brings LAM SUN-YEE whom has just successfully lost a lot of weight to the 8 TO 9 CAFE. When SUN-YEE sees the menu, she requires JIT to go somewhere else to eat… While FU is about to get Master LAI to set up some feng shui design, POK reveals to FU about his analysis. The chef, YIN is not happy with his words and wants to make a bet with POK……

SUM asks KIU to explain about the design concept of the new Christmas series during the meeting. According to the idea of KIU, YEE thinks of using a mother and daughter as the promo. Yet SUM has certain reservations about her conception and both of them finally part on bad terms. LUNG plans to take a trip to Stanley and YEE decides to go with him so that on the way she can inspect the environment of the holiday home that her father has left for her. On the other hand, KEUNG asks SUM whether she will let YEE work at LUNG FOOK after her probation expires. When YEE is back at the holiday home, the caretaker MADAM FONG returns to YEE some stuff that she has picked up. YEE finds a letter that has not been mailed out and recalls a lot of past memories in her mind… SUM discusses with YEE about her performance……

KIU accidentally hears some familiar melody on the street and recollects those days when she was a student. KIU reveals to LING about her first love during the high school graduation party accordingly. KIU gets a call from SANDY informing her that the yoga school has suddenly closed down and the set tickets they once bought have come to naught. Taking the set tickets from the yoga school, KIU and SANDY shift to join some courses at an art centre. In order to offset the money they have paid as soon as possible, they join the most expensive social dancing course. KIU sees SAI when she is taking the dancing course. Actually SAI is there to help MARK and acts as a teaching assistant of the social dancing class. KIU is teased by SAI when her hands and feet move around uncoordinatedly… When KIU decides not to join the social dancing course anymore, she hears the familiar melody again……

KIU does not want SAI to look down upon her and purposely gets SANDY to practice the dancing steps with her. Unexpectedly, KIU has carelessly caused an outbreak of her former sickness. SAI learns from KIU that her chiropractor, DR TONG is someone he knew. DR TONG advises KIU to do more exercises as to protect her waist and also asks KIU to change her old computer monitor… SAI gets DR TONG to do a lumbar inspection for him and asks about the situation of KIU. DR TONG asks SAI why he cares about KIU so much and SAI honestly admits that he has something to do with the separation between KIU and MAN… SAI requires KIU to do the stretching exercises during the class and makes KIU think that he is aimed at her intentionally……

While dining at the 8 TO 9 CAFE, KIU is terribly embarrassed when she happens to hear the commentary towards the divorced women from her colleagues. KEI dates SAI out for a meal but their pictures are being taken secretly as some entertainment news. The rich married women of the dancing class start gossiping about it. One of the woman mentions that she has seen KIU giving SAI a lift and makes KIU sound like someone very dissolute… The gossip of her classmates bothers KIU and she gets injured absent-mindedly. SAI quickly takes KIU to DR TONG’s home for consultation. While driving towards DR TONG’s home, KIU is not familiar with the environment and finally drives into a love hotel by mistake. It makes KIU become a figure of the entertainment news again. Suddenly a reporter from “CHAO” magazine asks to interview SAI. SAI wants to reject it but LING explains that it is her idea so that SAI can clarify the incident himself……

SUM is not well and does not have the appetite to eat. KEUNG urges her to take a physical examination and SUM says that she has already made the arrangement. When KEUNG and SUM are watching a teleplay, they discuss about the issue of liver donation regarding the dramatic characters. KEUNG tries to act brave and brags that if anything happens to SUM and SAI, he will donate his organs to them. KEUNG accompanies SUM to get her medical report. When SUM knows she is suffered from chronic renal failure, KEUNG wants to know when SUM will inform SAI about it. Yet SUM wants KEUNG to keep the secret for her. KEUNG cannot keep the secret and drops a hint about the illness of SUM to KIU through the dramatic characters, but KIU thinks otherwise. KEUNG is worried that SUM does not reveal her illness to SAI in order to make him donate his kidney for saving her……

KIU meets LUNG and SAI at the supermarket and her nature of going after petty advantages is on again. KIU gathers the receipt from SAI and shares with him to get some raffle tickets. Everybody is curious why SAI refuses to drive and he finally reveals the past events that took place in Canada… KIU gets a call from the decorator CHUEN claiming that he intends to buy her used car. Since KIU has to go and work in Kowloon Bay, she then asks KEUNG to take care of it. SAI checks the supermarket lottery result and finds that he hits the big prize of a four-wheel drive car. SAI receives a call from KEUNG asking him to help KIU since KEUNG is not free… After testing the car, CHUEN just parks the car on the roadside and leaves. SAI does not want to break his vow for KIU; however, he hears the news that an insane man has abducted a woman in Kowloon Bay. SAI immediately thinks that the hostage may possibly be KIU…

The sisters, YING and EMILY get upset because of the broken phone. They call up different boyfriends in order to get a new phone as a gift but it does not work. HUNG shows off his new phone in front of TAK and it attracts the attention of EMILY and YING. HUNG cannot resist the attraction for YING and promises to take her phone to his friend for repair. After checking the phone, FAI claims that it is beyond repair. FAI advises HUNG to buy a new phone as to express his love. HUNG looks for BO early in the morning as to borrow some money to pay for the rent. After telling the whole story, BO has to support HUNG. BO accidentally hears the conversation between EMILY and YING at the 8 TO 9 CAFE; he finds out that HUNG is being cheated emotionally… BO knows that HUNG is buying present for YING again and he even puts a love letter inside the gift……

KEUNG has participated in the “HK Amateur Photographic Salon Contest”. As to get some support, KEUNG treats the colleagues to a cup of coffee. YEE does not want to mislead KEUNG and asks POK to clarify who is CHOW MEI-MEI as soon as possible. Yet POK stresses that they only use the domain names as to exchange some photography techniques. Knowing that KEUNG has mistaken YEE for MEI and therefore invites her to photograph the beauty of the sun and moon intersection. Although YEE thinks that KEUNG has some evil intentions, she cannot expose the secret… While POK and KEUNG are in the online dialogue, they suddenly get involved in a war of words with someone named “The Strongest Galaxy”. Eventually KEUNG gets mad and puts online a picture that he has taken with YEE as to prove that they are acquainted. SUM informs YEE that WAI wants her to offer some advices for the charitable fund-raising activity and YEE agrees……

KEUNG eavesdrops that BIG NIP has some ill intentions towards YEE and exposes his intrigue in front of everybody. Yet YEE feels that KEUNG is taking her for CHOW MEI-MEI… KEUNG mentions the matter to SUM again and SUM claims that she is incriminated when KEUNG has offended WAI and BIG NIP. SAI points out that WAI has not taken any action as to make SUM break ties with KEUNG and dismisses him… SEE-MAN informs YEE that KUENG wants to resign. KIU also thinks that YEE has been holding some misunderstanding towards him and advises her to learn more about KEUNG. SUM goes to the restaurant and tries to intercede with WAI on behalf of KEUNG. Seeing that YEE is already ahead of her, SUM feels relieved and leaves… WAI calls SUM on his own initiative and indicates that he no longer wants to pursue the matter about KEUNG offending BIG NIP. KEUNG turns down all the appointments just for taking some photographs and finds that…

With the help from her friends, YEE finally finds somewhere cheap to rent. YEE asks everybody to help and find some second-hand appliances and furniture for her as for recycling. KEUNG promises to be fully responsible for it. KEUNG goes home to dig out a pile of small appliances and furniture that no longer in use. Then he goes to KIU’s home and also the male dormitory to take away some old stuff. KEUNG does not mind subsidizing everyone to buy some new appliances. KIU accompanies KEUNG to take the old appliances to YEE. When they see FU, KIU hints to KEUNG that he has a competitor. FU gets his friend KAM to make a cheap sofa for YEE. When taking pictures in the countryside, YEE mentions to KEUNG about getting a sofa… YEE accidentally sees her own pictures inside KEUNG’s camera and finally realizes that he is very fond of her……

Seeing that YEE, KEUNG and POK are discussing excitedly about the photo exhibition, FU indicates to everyone that he no longer wants to learn photography anymore. FU pours out his feelings to SAI and reveals that he has decided to withdraw his love and give KEUNG the chance… A cockroach suddenly appears while KIU is admiring her expensive underwear. KIU gets so frightened that she throws the bra out of the window and it is hung on the window outside SAI’s flat. KIU gets the spare key to his home and hears some footsteps. KIU gets so scared that she immediately hides in a corner of the kitchen… After accompanying SAI to go shopping, SAI invites FU back home together. FU asks SAI why he has to exchange his flat with KIU. SAI makes a clean breast about the real reason why he has to subsidize and exchange their flats. KIU feels so touched when hearing that……

When SUM compliments so much on the part time maid MADAM LIN, SAI also hires her to help cleaning his home. When MADAM LIN readily agrees, KEUNG teasingly says that she has a crush on SAI. MADAM LIN is supposed to help SAI to wait for the delivery of a new mattress. When knowing that it has to be delayed, she asks KIU to help instead. When KIU is at SAI’s home, she finds that his desk is covered with dust and tea steins. KIU cannot help but clean up his house thoroughly… SUM finds that MADAM LIN becomes more and more sloppy with the housework but SAI indicates that she keeps his home spotlessly. KEUNG straightly points out that MADAM LIN has a crush on SAI and therefore gives him so much favoritism. While SAI is not home at night, KIU quietly sneaks into his home and helps him to do the housework again. KEUNG is disgruntled when seeing that SAI’s trousers are being altered so nicely. KIU laughs in her heart secretly…

When CHUNG is greeting the customers at the retail shop, suddenly an elegant woman walks in and requires LUNG FOOK to take back a diamond ring. CHUNG indicates that there is no such kind of service. Yet LAI SEUNG just leaves her ring behind with an overbearing attitude and asks CHUNG to hand it to SUM for a look. When SUM gets to see the name card of SEUNG, her heart sinks and reveals to KEUNG that SEUNG is the birth mother of LUNG. KUENG informs KIU and YEE about the past event that SUM has told him. Everybody affirms that SEUNG wants to take LUNG away. SUM dates SEUNG out and SEUNG honestly admits that she feels very lonely ever since her husband has passed away. She hopes to have LUNG around to keep her company. SUM suggests SEUNG to live with her for a few days so that LUNG can have a chance to get along with his mother. When SEUNG deals with LUNG, she finds that he learns much slower than a normal person……

POK hears the conversation between JIT and GARY at the 8 TO 9 CAFE that they are in difficulties for money and need to make some extra income. When POK knows that the interviewee is CHOW MEI-MEI, he immediately proposes his offer to them and hopes that they can bring MEI to the 8 TO 9 CAFE for the interview since MEI is an old friend of his. POK goes over to FU’s home and helps him to repair the drain. POK accidentally gets to see the cooking skill of FU and bags FU to teach him how to cook the dish of Pork Belly With Preserved Vegetables. FU wants to know his reason and POK has to reveal his love affair with MEI, which has something to do with the delicacy. FU gets SAI to try out the pork that he has cooked since he still cannot manage to cook some delicious pork belly with preserved vegetables. FU tells SAI about the misunderstanding that POK has got over him……

KIU and SAI get the scratch cards from the supermarket and coincidently they both win the same kind of teapot as the consolation prizes. KIU quietly sends the clothes she has altered back to SAI. She again cannot help cleaning up the place for SAI but carelessly breaks his teapot. When KIU decides to get hers as to replace the broken one, she bumps right into SUM… SUM thinks that KIU wants to get into SAI’s home and quietly exchanges her broken teapot with his. When KEUNG sees KIU making coffee inside the company pantry, he unexpectedly condemns KIU for stealing into SAI’s home to change the teapot… KIU is really upset over the comments KEUNG has made and presumes that SUM purposely wants to disgrace her in public. KIU becomes mute and offers nothing in her own defense. KIU is infuriated when SEE-MAN cannot find her cash coupon and everybody thinks that she is the one who did it out of greediness.

Meeting the Madame of the consul makes SUM think of an antecedent event. In the past, SUM and LAM WAI both attended a party held by the consul. WAI took away a valuable ring from the Madame… KIU is very satisfied with her new design series. Yet SUM forbids the design to come out and leaves in a huff during the meeting. SUM receives a call from YUNG asking her to entertain the Madame and SUM thinks that it is a good opportunity to return the ring to her. JOANNA is a friend of the consul and his wife. During the dinner, JOANNA finds that her mobile phone is gone. SUM worries that the ring she has with her may cause some misunderstanding. In her anxiety, SUM hides the ring inside the flowerpot but it is seen by KIU. KIU is misunderstood by WAI and loudly pleads that she is innocent. KIU even points out frankly that SUM is the one who has a problem. SUM becomes the target and hotly pursued by the press……

Everybody feels strange when ZIN-CHEUNG goes to look for YEE. KEUNG feels jealous when seeing both of them become very intimate. When LING just gets back to the office, CHEUNG informs her that SHAN requires seeing the financial books of the company. LING deals with it calmly. She calls and reminds HING to put the money back into the company account as soon as possible. When LING wants to take out the financial books, she finds that the key is missing. SAI reveals that CHEUNG has taken the financial book for SHAN to check on it. Without letting CHEUNG to explain, LING orders LYAN to issue CHEUNG a warning letter. HING and LING meet secretly. HING kisses LING out of appreciation for what she has done. Yet LING is alert that someone walks past behind them… LING accompanies her friend MRS CHOW to join a toy charity sale bazaar for fund raising……

LING goes to LUNG FOOK to buy a diamond ornament and hopes to give HING a surprise on their dating anniversary. CHEUNG is in his clown costume again as to raise fund for the charity. When seeing HING, CHEUNG asks him to make a donation but HING gives him the cold shoulder. HING has a date with LING inside a restaurant. While waiting for LING, SHAN suddenly appears… Dressing as a clown, CHEUNG sees that LING is in tears and throws the LUNK FOOK jewellery gift box into the rubbish bin. HING flatters LING with his sweet talk and LING goes back to the rubbish bin trying to find the gift box. A clown suddenly appears and returns the present back to LING. LING goes back to the shopping mall again and looks for the clown from the charity bazaar stall. LING hopes that the clown can teach her some simple magic so that she can give HING a surprise. LING practices her tricks diligently in the hope of pleasing HING but…

MARK announces during the social dance class that a number of thefts have occurred. At the same time, KIU is very fond of the expensive dance shoes MANDY is wearing but MANDY indicates that they are not sold in HK. MADAM LIN has found a luxury watch for KEUNG and KIU is very interested in it. KEUNG claims that his watch is a counterfeit and SAI has a genuine one instead. While helping SAI to clean his flat, KIU finds that his watch has stopped and therefore takes it away to replace the battery. SAI helps KIU to open the door for CHUEN as to do some repair work. Then he finds that KIU has taken away his watch… Inside the dance room, SAI finds that KIU has a pair of dance shoes which look the same as what MANDY has got. SAI cannot stop himself from blaming KIU. Meanwhile, MANDY and the other classmates come. When SAI sees the dance shoes that MANDY is wearing, he then realizes that he has wrongly accused KIU…

LING dates SAI out and frankly invites him to work for a cosmetic surgery company in Shanghai, which it is going to start the business soon. SAI promises to give it a thought. LYAN informs CHEUNG that LING wants to sell her flat as to get some money. CHEUNG is concerned for LING and eventually has to pour out his worries to SAI… SHAN suddenly looks for SAI and indicates that she wants to go for a liposuction. SAI advises SHAN to go for a physical examination beforehand. SAI gets home and finds a pair of pink slippers. Knowing that KIU is inside the house, SAI pretends that nothing has happened and leaves. SUM and KEUNG find that SAI and LING appear at the residential lobby. KEUNG suggests giving an inspection at SAI’s home… LING informs SAI that she is going to cooperate with HING to set up a company in Shanghai. When SAI realizes KEUNG and SUM are both mistaken that the slippers belong to LING……

SHAN discloses her concern to SAI as she suspects that HING has an affair outside. HING dates SAI out to play golf and hopes that by giving SAI a golf club membership can be able to move him… SAI accidentally knows that LING is also being cheated by HING all the while. SAI has nothing but disdain for such a person. CHEUNG is shocked when hearing LYAN informs SHAN that LING is going to meet HING. HING is in a state of panic when seeing that SHAN suddenly appears at the golf club. LING bumps right into SHAN and while LING does not know what to do on the occasion, SAI shows up and claims that he is the boyfriend of LING… As a friend, SAI informs LING about the pregnancy of SHAN. The news comes as a bolt from the blue to LING…

There are still hard feelings between SUM and KIU due to the matters about the teapot and the diamond ring that belongs to the Madame of the consul. KIU complains to LING that it is hard to deal with SUM and hopes to change the working environment. Meanwhile, KIU bumps into a former colleague AMY and gets to know that she is working as the assistant to the general manager MR CHAU from WING HOI GROUP. AMY informs KIU that MR CHAU wants to develop some jewellery business in Shanghai and proposes to cooperate with LUNG FOOK. With KIU acts as a go-between, AMY asks SUM and KIU to meet MR CHAU in Guangzhou. While KIU, SUM and AMY are waiting, AMY bumps into the Mayor of Guangzhou, MAYOR HO. Knowing about their plan, MAYOR HO also hopes that MR CHAU would start his business in Guangzhou as well. BO suddenly calls SUM and informs her that there are some problems with the molding tools at the workshop……

SUM and WAI try the chicken cooked in wine prepares by FU and WAI thinks that it is not up to standard yet. YEE offers to cook for WAI in person. When YEE is at the house of the SEK family, she accidentally overhears the conversation between YUNG and WAI. YEE gets to know that WAI has never acknowledged SUM as a member of the family. YUNG is also not happy that SUM obtains the majority of shares from LUNG FOOK. YUNG suggests WAI for asking SUM to help solving the financial problems of SEK KUM DONG GROUP but WAI rejects it firmly. When CHUNG gives SUM a lift, he informs her about the cash flow problems of SEK KUM DONG GROUP. When YEE is preparing some pickles for WAI in his house, she overhears that YUNG asks SUM to mortgage one of the retail shops to the bank in order to lend her the money for her “MD” company as a turnover. YEE pours out her concern to FU……

After getting the money from SUM, YUNG disappears and it makes SUM deeply distressed. When the news about the financial problem of SEK KUM DONG GROUP spreads around, lots of reports look for SUM to inquire about it… The reports get GARY to look for SUM as to clarify the negative news about YUNG and WAI. SUM is astonished to find that WAI impeaches her for colluding with YUNG privately and prepares to hand the case over to the police for prosecution. SUM suddenly takes half a day off and SAI finds her at the grave of SHUN… SUM pays WAI a visit while he falls sick in America. Disregard the advice from the doctor, WAI insists on going back to HK and handles the financial problems of SEK KUM DONG GROUP before taking the heart bypass surgery. SUM reveals her thoughts to WAI and indicates that she will undertake everything on her own if he complies with the condition she proposes……

HING and SHAN dine out with SAI and LING. It makes HING feel frustrated when SHAN keeps praising SAI in front of LING. SAI has to go shopping alone in order to give KIU a chance to do the housework at his home. SAI receives a call from the decorator CHUEN to inform him that he has left some drain cleaning solution inside an apple juice bottle. SAI worries that KIU may carelessly drink it, he gets panic and rushes home immediately. LING gets KIU to help her choose a wallet for SAI as his birthday present. KIU therefore knows that LING is attracted to SAI. LING invites SAI out for dinner and SAI accidentally knows that CHEUNG has an appointment with his customer at the EVERLASTING LOVE RESTAURANT. SAI therefore purposely asks LING to meet there for dinner in the hope of creating a chance for CHEUNG. SAI and LING meet CHEUNG in the restaurant; SAI immediately invites CHEUNG to celebrate his birthday together……

CHEUNG cannot reach the monthly quota and seeks help from SAI, hoping that he can do the cosmetic surgery for the customer MRS SZETO. Yet SAI thinks that she is not fit for taking the surgery. When LING knows, she wants SAI to consider about it seriously. LING talks to KIU about her disagreement with SAI and points out the different positions have caused some hindrance to their development. The analysis of KIU lets LING retrieve her confidence. LING finds that SAI has left behind an envelope and finds a gold pen together with a membership card in it. LING gets an idea and decides to make use of the e-mail address on the membership card to communicate with SAI. LING uses a name as EVA and pours out her feelings with SAI using ADAM as his pseudonym. LING knows that he is bothered whether the surgery for MRS SZETO should be taken place. KIU goes to SAI’s home to help him iron his clothes……

SUM holds a meeting with everyone and proposes to name the wedding jewellery series as “MARRIAGE 18”. It requires KIU to increase her designs to match with the theme. While KIU is at home thinking hard, LING gets her out for lunch… KIU goes for the appointment and LING passionately introduces her mentor YIM JUN to her in the hope of bringing them together. LING is curious to know how KIU once fell in love with MAN and KIU mentions that they pledged in love in the rain… SAI sees that KIU is still awake in the dead of night. He quietly lights some essential oil at the windowsill so that the fragrance can float into KIU’s home to refresh her spirit. When KIU is exhausted and suddenly smells the aroma, it helps to pick up her energy. LING calls and asks KIU to have lunch together with JUN……

SAI brings KIU to dine out at an open-air food stall and both of them chat like an old married couple. KIU sees that SAI walks with a strange posture; in fact, SAI is suffered from an old inflammation of his foot. Without a word, KIU forces SAI to take a taxi back home. KIU learns from SUM that SAI is scared to take capsule pills since his early childhood… LING visits KIU and through the window they can see the comical expression of SAI when he tries to swallow the pill… KIU knows that SAI refuses to take the medicine only due to his psychological problems and therefore she makes a deal with SAI to be his private nurse… SAI scares that KIU puts the pill into his food again, so he carefully inspects the dishes that KIU cooks……

WAI goes to LUNG FOOK for a meeting and mentions to YEE about the annual dinner of “YAU-SHUN CHARITY FOUNDATION”. WAI hopes that YEE and SUM can preside at the annual dinner but YEE refuses. SUM understands that YEE does not want to show up together with her. At the retail shop of LUNG FOOK, KEUNG sees that a foreigner PAUL wants CHUNG to contact YEE since he has something to return to her. KEUNG thinks that PAUL is the former pursuer of YEE and feels hostile towards him… YEE tells KEUNG a childhood story. At that time she saw on TV a child had lost her foot due to a hill fire. YEE tried to write to the American president hoping that he would help but her mother did not take her idea seriously. YEE thinks that in the end her father must have sent her Chinese letter and the drawing to the American president… PAUL brings back all the letters to YEE and at the same time she also discovers the truth of the past…

KIU and SAI invite LING to have breakfast together. When a woman passes by, LING recognizes that she is the company lawyer BERNICE. LING introduces BERNICE to them and BERNICE is impressed by SAI for his good sense of humor. BERNICE is actually handling an infringement lawsuit for LUNG FOOK. SUM wants SAI to represent her and take BERNICE out for dinner as to express her appreciation. KEUNG exposes that SUM is trying to be a matchmaker for SAI. SAI thinks that it is a laborious job for KIU to wash the quilt covers and linen, so he sends them to the laundry. Knowing that SAI is being so thoughtful, KIU is delighted deep down her mind. KEUNG exposes to SUM and KIU that SAI has got the “WARRIOR GARB” that he used to wear when pursuing girls. After hearing that, KIU cannot help but go into SAI’s room to make an attempt of seeing this particular item of clothing…

KIU never expects to hear the voice of MAN through the video call from SAI’s web cam. KIU finally gets to know that SAI has participated in her divorce with MAN. Knowing that KIU is in a bad mood, KEUNG purposely brings some dessert to comfort her. SAI is upset when he learns from SANDY that KIU no longer wants to join the social dance class. As to draw the line with SAI, KIU packs up all the things that SAI has once given her. KEUNG helps KIU to return all the stuff to SAI and reminds her to render back the door key as well. KIU is actually loath to abandon… LING accidentally hears the song “BENGAWAN SOLO” as the ring tone from SAI’s mobile phone and reveals to him about the story of KIU’s first love… SAI goes to KEI KEI’s celebration party and suddenly receives a call from SUM informing him that she has arranged BERNICE to be his partner…

When SAI and KIU walk back home hand in hand, they meet KEUNG. SAI is puzzled when KIU loosens her hand. SAI agrees not to reveal to KEUNG about their love affair temporarily. Yet it needs to be reported to SUM so that she can stop her matchmaking for SAI. SAI invites SUM out for breakfast and tries to tell her about the matter that he is in love with KIU. Yet SUM bumps into LEUNG DUNG… SAI knows SUM is mistaken that KIU hates him so badly, he then has to withhold from telling the truth. SAI has dinner with KIU at an exclusive restaurant and meets his customer JOEY… LING informs SAI that someone lodges a complaint about his medical error. SAI immediately gets BERNICE to discuss with her about the lawsuit. While having lunch with KIU, LING points out various difficulties about being SAI’s girlfriend. KIU decides not to tell her best friend about her romance…

KIU carelessly pours a cup of coffee onto BERNICE at SAI’s home. KIU immediately goes home to get some clothes for BERNICE to change. Yet when KIU is back to SAI’s home, BENICE has already put on his shirt. It makes KIU feel so jealous. MAN tries to get in touch with SAI through the video communications but SAI does not respond. MAN has to leave him an online message. SAI suddenly feels curious why MAN had to leave KIU… While having lunch with CHEUNG, SAI talks about the ideal object that he pursues. CHEUNG does not have a clue and SAI tells him that he wants to have a wife. KIU is knitting a scarf for SAI but due to what LING has mentioned, it makes KIU recall the past with MAN. LYAN has lunch with BERNICE and tells her SAI is having a girlfriend. LYAN suspects that it should be KIU.

The self-esteem of KIU is injured by what BERNICE has said. SAI has to cheer her up as to forget the barbed remarks that BERNICE has made. KIU seizes the opportunity to pick up SAI from work. BERNICE suddenly shows up and asks SAI to accompany her to find an important witness from a bar. KIU has to say that she gets something important to do and cannot give SAI a lift. When BERNICE reaches the bar, she takes the chance to declare her position to SAI. The reason makes her help SAI is not based on the relationship purely between a lawyer and a client. BERNICE even plays a trick to make MS WAT GEI willing to reach an out-of-court settlement. As to thank BERNICE, SUM invites BERNICE back home for dinner out of gratitude. KIU unintentionally hears the love confessions from SAI and finally relieves all her depressions. KIU and KEUNG talk about love and KIU wants to confess her feelings about being in love with SAI. Yet she takes winning the lottery as an excuse to express her feelings but unexpectedly KEUNG takes it as the truth… SAI wants CHUNG to help him pick up a ring for KIU. Without knowing the ring size of KIU, CHUNG smartly indicates that he can help SAI to find out the answer. CHUNG goes to the office and plays a trick to mark down the ring size of KIU. Yet BO and the other colleagues all get to see it inadvertently. They start giving all sorts of comments about it… When KEUNG receives a call from KIU informing him that she is not going to have dinner at SUM’s home, he purposely calls up CHUNG and finds that there is nobody answers the phone… KEUNG mentions to SAI that he suspects KIU and CHUNG are going to Macau together…

KIU is astonished to find that MAN has returned to HK. While going shopping with SAI, KIU feels uneasy at heart. BO and CHUNG offer their opinions to KIU for the jewellery of the new season but her mind spontaneously thinks about MAN. Imagining how CHUNG would insult and humiliate MAN. On the other hand, MAN goes shopping at the supermarket desolately. While he falls into an argument with the cashier regarding the payment, FU shows up in time to help him out. FU invites MAN back home for dinner and MAN reveals his entire situation with KITTY to FU. MAN’s mother suddenly visits KIU at home and informs her the present situation of MAN. She hopes that KIU can help MAN to get his job back from LUNG FOOK as a designer. According to the address, KIU finds the guesthouse that MAN is staying. Seeing that the room is in a terrible mess, KIU never expects his situation can degenerate so badly……

SUM invites all the staff for lunch and takes the opportunity to announce the relationship between KIU and SAI. While everybody feels so happy for them, FU receives a call from MAN. MAN wants to borrow some clothes from FU for the interview and FU immediately lends him some money for his living. MAN gets back to the guesthouse and finds that SAI is waiting for him downstairs. SAI frankly tells MAN the purpose of his visit and informs MAN that he has become lovers with KIU. SUM and KEUNG are both shocked when SAI informs them that KIU wants to meet MAN. KIU plans to sell her flat and shares the money with MAN. MAN is deeply touched when seeing that KIU is being so affectionate towards him. Knowing that KIU wants to let MAN move into her flat temporarily; SAI suggests that KIU can move to his home. Due to the different daily schedule between SAI and KIU, KEUNG proposes to exchange his room with KIU…

KEUNG distributes to each colleague a copy of the newly published POP MAGAZINE since he knows that POP MAGAZINE cooperates with a watch company to hold a lucky draw. There is a luxury watch in the prizes that YEE likes and therefore KEUNG tries to collect as many raffle tickets as possible… YEE plans to get FU to help her taking care of a little stray dog. KEUNG indicates that he is willing to help YEE to feed the dog with medicine. KEUNG is extremely allergic to dog hair and has to take medicine before going to YEE’s home to look after the little dog. Yet eventually KEUNG still needs TAK to help him. When KEUNG is back to the office, everybody talks about the relationship between him and YEE… Knowing that WAI and YEE are going to Guangzhou on business, KEUNG volunteers to act as the driver for them. KEUNG sprinkles the hotel bed with petals and dresses up as to express his mind to YEE……

When MAN moves back to KIU’s home, he bumps into KIU, SUM and KEUNG. Looking at her own place from SUM’s home, KIU sees that MAN is putting a great effort to prepare his application letter. Her heart is welled with different emotions. KIU knows that MAN has not found a job and gets MR WONG to help. Yet she asks MR WONG not to reveal the truth to MAN. KEUNG accompanies MAN to get some clothes for the interview. He cannot bear but get an expensive fitted suit for MAN and pays for it. MAN wants to alter the trouser legs as they are too long for him but he has to give up since he has to go for the interview very soon. When KIU knows about it, she quietly alters the trousers for MAN but it is discovered by SUM… Originally, KIU wants to spend a day with SAI in Yuen Long……

KIU goes to meet MAN at the workshop of LUNG FOOK and sees that he is being locked up inside the manager room. KIU realizes that MAN tries to steal the diamonds in the safe. MAN indicates that he does not want to lose the opportunity of starting his own business with UNCLE GIM. It is more important that MAN hopes to save the relationship between him and KIU with his success. KIU wakes up in the morning and immediately indicates to SUM that she wants to resign… The love triangle between KIU, MAN and SAI becomes the hot gossip at the SEK KUM DONG building. Everybody thinks that KIU is trying to butter both sides of her bread and SUM is getting more displeased with KIU. When KIU switches on her computer, she finds that the KEI KEI INTERNATIONAL FAN CLUB has sent her numerous defamatory e-mail messages… The staff of LUNG FOOK find that a large number of women gather at the 8 TO 9 CAFE for the sake of denouncing KIU……

LING introduces MRS CHOW from the charitable foundation to SAI and hopes that he can help the children with cleft lips to take the orthopedic surgery as an obligation. MRS CHOW also mentions that LUNG FOOK has originally agreed to design a necklace for charity sale but regrettably the plan is suspended. SAI goes to LUNG FOOK and confronts with SUM. SUM frankly admits that she is not happy with KIU; moreover, KIU has already handed over her resignation. SAI meets MAN and candidly asks him to leave KIU. Yet MAN firmly indicates that he is not going to give up… When SUM gets to see the last design that is drawn by KIU, she is totally surprised. MAN goes to see SUM at LUNG FOOK and confesses to her what has happened between him and KIU at the workshop. MAN understands that it is not possible for him to go back to LUNG FOOK. LING brings a packet of sandwiches to the shopping mall and spontaneously thinks of the clown who has taught her magic… YEE suddenly calls up LING and hopes that she can contact the clown who has performed at the charity sale bazaar. When the clown has a conversation with LING, she is stunned right away…
