THE OPENER is a feel-good, underdog music doc about a street performer who wrote 30 songs in 30 days to process his grief and isolation during the pandemic, and found that his music spoke to millions. The Europakonzert has brought the Berliner Philharmoniker to almost every major European city. In 2016, the orchestra chose a somewhat more remote location: Røros - a small, but beautiful town in Mid-Norway that was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1980. They played in the town‘s beautiful church. The orchestra and Sir Simon Rattle were joined by Norwegian violinist Vilde Frang - making for a truly Nordic concert. The program includes Grieg: Evening in the mountains, Mendelssohn: Violin Concert in E minor, Bjarne Brustad: Veslefrikk, and Beethoven: Symphony No. 3.

Rock band Rimba Bara continues to struggle in the music industry that is full of political games. Meanwhile, Jijoe comes across rock queen Ella in a recording studio and falls in love with her. Jijoe loves her so much that he is willing to leave behind his rock music life and become an F-class contractor so that he will have a more secure life. This causes Rimba Bara to fall apart and various conflicts arise.

This show brings together legendary artists of the 1960s and 1970s for a once-in-a-lifetime event: Ben E. King and The Drifters, Jerry Butler reuniting with The Impressions for the first time since 1958, as well as The Isley Brothers, Percy Sledge, Eddie Holman, Little Anthony & The Imperials, The Chi-Lites and many more performers singing their most memorable hits, rhythm & blues and soul classics from the '60s and '70s. In salute to several more of the greatest artists of the time, Rhythm and Blues 40: A Soul Spectacular also broadcasts rarely seen footage of Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, James Brown, and others, performing some of their most unforgettable hits. The program is co-hosted by Dionne Warwick, Jerry "The Iceman" Butler,Sam Moore of Sam and Dave, each of whom also performs, and Richard "Shaft" Roundtree.

Linkin Park have taken their expansive rock show to seemingly every corner of the globe, but they've never played Moscow's Red Square (to be fair, very few acts ever have). But now, thanks to the power of Michael Bay and "Transformers: Dark of the Moon," they can finally cross it off their list.

The 2-day festival, slated for Sept.21-22 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and billed as "the Biggest Live Music Event in Radio History," will be streamed live by Yahoo!, Clear Channel's web and mobile webcast partner for the event. This year's iHeartRadio Music Festival follows last year's inaugural event--tickets for which sold out 10 minutes after being made available to the public—and likewise has focused on superstar talent.
