George Michael: MTV Unplugged

This special aims to commemorate and celebrate Clapton's groundbreaking unplugged performance, offering fans both a theatrical experience and a streaming option to revisit this historic musical event.

MTV Unplugged is the first live album recorded by Mexican singer-songwriter Julieta Venegas. The album features a selection of her greatest hits, along with new tracks, including the singles "El Presente" and "Algún Día". A handful of guest artists was included: Gustavo Santaolalla, Natalia Lafourcade, Marisa Monte and La Mala Rodríguez.

KAYAH is one of the most acclaimed artists in Poland. A vocalist, composer, songwriter and producer; Kayah was the first artist to perform in the premiere "MTV Unplugged" concert, which was recorded at the TOYA film studio in Łódź on 28.11.2006.

A live album by American rock band Nirvana, the album features an acoustic performance recorded at Sony Music Studios in New York City on 18 November 1993, for the television series MTV Unplugged.

A performance by the band Live on MTV’s Unplugged. The band plays acoustic versions of songs from their debut album Mental Jewelry, including 'Operation Spirit' and 'The Beauty of Gray', plus hits from their follow up album Throwing Copper, including 'Selling the Drama', and 'Lightning Crashes'.

Matthew Crowe, a whoring, pot-smoking, wandering singer teams up with a tent-show preacher. The preacher recognizes Mathew's charisma, and together they collect big donations delivering sermons with rocking gospel songs.Soon enough, Matthew lands a record deal, and the older man becomes the manager of Crowe's new act: Matthew, Son of Jesus. They hire a backup group of mustachioed rock musicians, who play in brown monks' robes, in contrast to Matthew's white robe and sandals. Their debut album becomes a huge hit so they go on a concert tour to promote it.

By late 1965 the Beatles were increasingly reluctant to make the constant round of television appearances to promote their new releases. So they decided to self-produce and videotape their own promo clips that could be distributed worldwide to any company waiting for T.V. The Beatles were the forerunners of the MTV revolution and instigated the era of promotional video.

Buster must embark on a quest to find the now-isolated Clay and persuade him to return to the stage.

They decide to realize one last dream and breathe new life into their old school band – moving to the countryside and making a living from gigs. And it's a success! But there's a flip side to the coin: the long-awaited freedom isn't theirs – they're being controlled from outside.
