Here's the premise: Bugs and Daffy, both book salesmen, are competing to sell the most copies of a kids' book. Instead of burrowing a beeline to his sales territory (he should have made a left at Albuquerque), Bugs ends up in the castle of Yosemite Sam, here a harem-leading honcho. Sam's pain-in-the-spurs son, Prince Abalaba, needs somebody to read him stories; Bugs, who'd sooner take the job than suffer the alternative, that involving being boiled in oil, signs on.

War mobilization in 1939: the clumsy Läppli, a loudmouth and busybody, is imprisoned for anti-military speeches. When he is later promoted to officer's orderly, he continues his mischievous behavior. He acts without suspicion, comes across as slightly dim-witted, a silly simpleton, talks nonsense and, in his harmless naivety, repeatedly creates situations that make us laugh at the malice of chance or stubborn militarism. His environment, the officers' staff area, is portrayed with irony, but without malicious scorn.

A series of rare Max Fleischer sound cartoon shorts released by animation historian Jerry Beck. A young couple, Ganga and Nakulan, arrives at the ancestral home called Madampalli of the latter. The plot is a trifle about an obnoxious restaurant delivery boy causing trouble with some local bad guys for the cook who secretly knows kung fu, eventually learning some techniques and finally, with the cook, confronting the bad guys.

Chaudhary Karnail Singh is a 1960 Indian Punjabi movie based in the pre-partition times of India. The film was one of the earliest works of Prem Chopra. The film won a National Award. In a village circa post British rule in India, a noble Sarpanch, Karnail Singh, is forced to chose sides between his son, Buta, and a Muslim couple, Shera and Naji, who want to get married amidst violent clashes between Hindus, Sikhs and Muslims before the formation of Pakistan; as well as deal with suspicious Indian Government officials.
